More central than we realised, good for exploring the area

Good spacious flat, not far from the station and near useful local shops including a lovely baker for fresh rolls and pastries for breakfast. Fairly simple furnishings but has all the basics. We liked the layout of the rooms, twin for the children and comfortable double for us parents. Handy to have a washing machine. Good bus routes when we got to know them.

The internal doors are glass, so the children found it hard to sleep, and the doors can be noisy. We could sometimes hear the neighbours so they could probably hear us! A few things could do with a bit of maintenance.

It was good experience

the location was good and near to the bus station and between city center and ICTP where I had my work. the helper agent was replying on my requests through whatsapp on most of the time and try to help. good space for the family with basic needs.

there was no kettle or boiler for hot water for breakfast. there are ants in the living room which a little bit not preferred especially if kids are moving around.

La posizione dell’appartamento è comoda per visitare Trieste, in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata. L’appartamento è spazioso e potenzialmente accogliente, con un buon potenziale se curato meglio.

Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: ho trovato peli nella doccia, il che ha reso il soggiorno poco confortevole. Inoltre, il Wi-Fi non funzionava, un disagio soprattutto per chi viaggia per lavoro o ha bisogno di restare connesso. Mancava il phon, dettaglio che in una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe essere sempre garantito. Anche in cucina mancavano accessori essenziali come una presina per le pentole, il che ha reso complicato cucinare in sicurezza.
