Overall, the accommodation was extremely good and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They added us on WhatsApp, so communication was super smooth. We used their scooter rental and laundry services, and they even cleaned our room before we returned from our night hike up Mount Batur. It was a truly amazing experience. Rooms are huge and super clean with bathrooms.

However, there was one major issue: active construction at the hotel. They were building an entire new floor, and our room was directly underneath it. Since we did a night hike up Mt. Batur, we needed to sleep during the day, but you can imagine how impossible that is when someone is building right above your head. This was not disclosed when I made the reservation, which is really unfair—I would never have booked this place if I knew they'd be working from 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM. Also, the pool water was extremely cold.

Very nice room with views and clean amenities.

No restaurant in the hotel, so have to go out each time for meals and brakfast. Poor wifi speed.

I liked how clean it was, how friendly the staff was and that it was well equipped.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water and there construction going on all day. It was impossible to rest.
