The 2-BR Villa was spacious each having a four poster bed with its own bath tub and a shared dipping pool. The staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly.
The pool side was open to the adjacent property lacking privacy. Moreover, my room had a lot of mosquitoes. The curtains showed signs of over/use. My ring also fell and broke upon which I glimpsed upon dust underneath the bed. (No photos taken.)

The pool was very nice and not too cold, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was really yummy, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Having a full length mirror, better shower head, having a toilet that flushes toilet paper. Maybe cleaning the canopy of the bed

Depth of pool is 150 (almost 5 feet ) and this is not mentioned on any booking site so please anyone booking private villa with pool consider that .

This is the best accomodation in Ubud, it is perfect.

We enjoyed having the Pool all to ourselves. Private Villa with private pool is so cool. Nobody is going inside. The staff gives you privacy at its finest.
All the linens (from towel to beddings to everything) is old with marks on it. It should be change with new ones. That is the downside of this resort.

Everything. All of the staff were lovely and beyond helpful. Absolutely loved staying here and the way the grounds/villas were set out. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again. We were there for a 6 night stay which included over New Year and was also a great place to watch the fireworks from the villa. Thank you!
Nothing at all.

Fantastic restaurant and room service. Food, and drinks were really reasonably priced and the included breakfast was great. We had a private pool which was really lovely but the common pool looked nice also. Included spa was good also, and generous vouchers upon arrival were appreciated. Location fairly good, although it was difficult to walk to local shops. Staff were really friendly
Some of the facilities were in weathered condition but really there were limited issues we had that would be unique to this accomodation.

Good location, just around the corner from shops and restaurants.
The villa is a good size and the pool is large. The staff are lovely and very accommodating which is nice.
There was a lot of drilling throughout the day at the villa and I felt a bit exposed in the pool from my villa - as the back wall was just a wire fence, so I could see people moving around other parts of the property.
TV wasn’t a smart TV (not a must) but always nice to have that option.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. A little more expensive then other villa’s near by - but I assume that’s because of its central location

Nothing
1) The sunbeds and inside the pool there was full of mold which is terrible for human's health and of course I didn't go in.
2) Everytime you turned the water on it smelled so bad.
3) There were huge holes on the roof which allowed cats (and whoever knows what else) come inside the room.
4) The breakfast is awful and absolutely nothing is fresh.
5) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY. I had an accident with the ink of a pen and it left a stain on the bedsheet (my mistake, i understand). Someone from the stuff knocked on the door and said they want to talk to me and they mentioned about the stain. They said it is the client 's responsibility and they said I need to pay 400.000 idr for it, which would be fine with me. HOWEVER, non of the bedsheets they gave us at first place was clean. Everything had stains and holes on them. I showed to him the stains of the new bedsheets the stuff had just replaced and then he changed and said he will discuss it with the manager.
In the end they asked me to pay 100.000 idr for bedsheets they were already dirty and with holes.
When you ask from the client to pay for something they "destroyed", you need to make sure that the product you had offered at first place was in a good condition.

Staff were friendly, however I think they need to update the photos. We booked in 2017 and as per the photos thought we will be booking the same experience. They have done some work on the place and our villa, reception and restaurant did not look the same as before. Also Dood was not that great , before it was amazing.
Everyone was very friendly.

Pool, outdoor shower were great. All staff very friendly, caring and assisted with any questions we had.
Walls/ceiling very marked, mouldy and beds in the two bedroom villa were hard and bed was so squeaky it was crazy.

Stand alone villas joined by a boardwalk and water features, nice retreat from the busy streets of Ubud. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful
The restaurant plays loud party music all day and night, and is quite dark and empty, not an inviting space. It really needs an overhaul. I had fish and chips for dinner and the fish were tiny pieces, not up to standard.

Location, peacefulness, staff, room, garden . Happy hour.
Bathroom door kept opening as catch didn’t work. Shower was leaking into floor.
Feel the restaurant needs a huge renovation to make it more inviting.

Beds were confortable
I stayed at Suarti with my family for 3 days, and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I honestly don’t understand how the rating on Booking.com is so high.
The facilities are very basic. We stayed in a villa, and the walls were peeling. The water in the pool was green — it clearly lacks proper maintenance.
Breakfast was also very limited. The pancakes were not good, and the food overall was not of good quality.
I also booked a hair wash for my daughter at the hotel spa, and to my surprise, it only included washing the hair — no massage, no treatment, and not even a simple blow-dry. I ended up paying more for that hair wash than for any dish in a restaurant. Very expensive for doing nothing else than Washing the hair. The same therapist who gives massages was the one who did the hair wash, which to me shows a lack of professionalism. I paid for the treatment and received no kind of compensantion

Our 2 bedroom villa was really lovely. The beds, although had squeaky frames were very comfortable. The shower pressure and size was amazing. The pool was a decent size and clean. We used it multiple times a day. When the paddy fields are in crop, the view would be amazing.
The setting of the villas was like a secret garden.
The resort offers a free shuttle into the heart of Ubud at set times.
The cleaning staff were so friendly and accommodating.
There needs to be an extractor fan in the bathroom. Walls throughout need to be painted. In such a humid location as Ubud, mold barrier paint needs to be used. Saying that, it didn't feel unclean, just didn't look nice.
The restaurant is open to the road so incredibly noisy. Breakfast offerings is limited, so if staying more than 3-4 nights, it would get boring. They also need to offer more vegetarian food and alternative mylk.
The silver shop looks like it hasn't been open in a very, very long time. As it's at the front of the resort, it takes away from the appeal of the resort.
The road was really unsafe with no path to the next intersection. Traffic was horrendous, we opted to walk everywhere.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful—it feels like you're in the middle of the jungle. The room was very clean, with a large bathroom that had both a shower and a bathtub, plus natural light. Breakfast was included, tasty, and plentiful. And above all, we want to highlight the kind and attentive service from the staff.

Friendly staff
Room was excellent. Big comfortable bed. Mosquito net and plug in although we weren’t aware of many. Lovely breakfast
Road noise.
Time it took to get in and out of Ubud in a taxi.
Neither of these are fault of property but just worth being aware of.

Everything about the villa was perfect because of its proximity to the Ubud Center Market. The staff were so friendly. The food was good, and the floating breakfast made the stay memorable.

Doors cannot be closed, wooden house is open for many insects including animals (I believe).
We were not feel secure there and our friend almost broke the leg on slippery flour in the morning. You have added sign after he fall down. Other friend found pupu of quite big animal on the bed what was scary to sleep there.

Loved the vibe of the village
Nice towels, good quality
Nice extras in bathroom
Nice to have separate bath and walk in shower
Great large mirror
Staff kept room and grounds extremely cleaned
Horrendous breakfast
If you like sleep, don't stay here.. horrendously busy road.. all day and all night
Extremely dangerous decking.. we witnessed 3 people slip and fall. Very bad.
It was my 30th birthday during our stay and they did nothing for it.. very disappointing. I go away every birthday and always get a lovely something from the hotel.
Lighting extremely poor in all 3 of our huts
Location, far out unable to walk due to dangerous road and no pavement
Nothing located near
3 sun loungers at the pool was ridiculous we were a party of 5. Never seen only 3 sun loungers EVER
Serious risk to children, no fencing for safety
My door to my hut was a nightmare.. if I was staying here alone I would not have felt safe. We had 3 rooms and all had various issues. The door was the biggest and my door didn't even meet properly
We asked to be moved and the staff never got back to us

Great food at the on-site restaurant.
Excellent affordable masseuse
Wonderful, comfy accommodation with a bath!
Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet location on the outskirts of Ubud.
Nothing would definitely come back.

Amazing setting with bungalow type villas. We had a private pool and it was excellent. The staff were great - very friendly and welcoming and attentive to our needs and Pico the hotel dog was adorable. We loved our stay here. We initially booked for 2 nights as we’re driving along and booking places as we go, but we really liked it here so booked another 2 nights and loved every second of it.
We didn’t find anything not to like

Photo showed that it was pool with villa but the booking turned out to be without pool.
Additionally the room was not clean and all facilities were not available, do not book from booking.com -> Their customer service team does not help, better to book from agoda they have better prices and deals

Lovely staff, very comfortable room. I enjoyed the view outside my room! Green lush plants and fish everywhere :)
There was some construction work going on behind my room which didn't stop until 8 in the night, fortunately it was only the last 2 nights.

The unit is not as in pictures, the wall and floors are dirty especially in the bathroom and the living room. The bed is comfy and location is great while the staffs are super friendly

It was in god location, nice vilas and staff were great.
We had power outage every 10 minutes or so on day one, second day pool pump never turned on and water started looking gross. We had sightings of snake on day two and third day it was right next to bedroom. We had to call over staff to remove it. It was bit of scary everyday since we had little kids.

What's not to like about this beautiful place? I recently had surgery so didn't venture out TOO much in Ubud and often had dinner delivered to my room... The Salmon was amazing FYI!
The room is stunning... Bed very comfortable... Bath was heaven and pool was the perfect size!
The shower was also fabulous!
The scooter they rented me had a faulty light so I returned it. I didn't pick up another scooter from them until 2 days later however they charged me for the day I didn't have/ use the scooter. It was disappointing that they did that.

Green, original traditional Balinese house
Dirty, towels, unfurnished kitchen, bathroom, poor breakfast, far from the center

Facilities from room are quite dusty, immediately gt rashes after checking in. Rooms are not soundproof, hotel staffs talked and laughed loudly after 10pm right in front of our room (which was near to the reception), we have been telling the issue to the front desk on the next day morning but they seemed not understanding.

Great value for money. I really love the tree outside the villa that have very nice smell at night.
They do not have slippers here.
