Suarti Boutique Village

Property was very nice over looking rice fields. Area was lovely and within walking distance of ubud centre and many local warungs. All staff were all very lovely and friendly.

Some areas a little dated but what would you expect being in the middle of the jungle.

Property was run down in some parts could have been cleaner in the bathrooms , needs a bit of updating

The staff were friendly and helpful, though the rooms were a little run down they were clean and comfortable, the private pool and garden was lovely.

Everything was fine I have nothing to complain about

The one thing going for this accomodation is location - super close to lots of great cafes and Nyuh Kunning, Monkey Forest and central Ubud, I walked lots of places or a very short sccoot.

Suarti is quite run down, it looks a little tired and in need of some TLC, I got my room on sale for around 60% off if i had of paid full price i wouldn't have been happy. The room was fairly clean and tidy but also had stains on the mosquito net, lots of cobwebs and dust and grime in the bathroom and the bath leaked - its also really dark as you need to keep the bathroom blind down for privacy. There is a card in the room for feedback I asked for a hand towel and face washer and no one looked at it the entire stay - 5 nights. I live in Ubud and was just in between accomodation, had a I been on holidays I probably would have been disapointed. I also stayed in room 101 and it was super noisy - I had to wear earplugs to sleep from both the family that I shared a wall with and also the road noise. I didn't eat breakfast - I'd prefer a better quality room with no breakfast included.
