the villa is amazing and the pool is so good
the breakfast is poor and you need a scooter to reach the city center

Property was very nice over looking rice fields. Area was lovely and within walking distance of ubud centre and many local warungs. All staff were all very lovely and friendly.
Some areas a little dated but what would you expect being in the middle of the jungle.
