Perfect place to stay in Ubud

What a stunning place! The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous - like those typical Bali villa ones. There were 2 pools in the place, and we were lucky to have a poolside room. it felt almost like the pool was private to us. They offer pretty much everything too - from floating breakfast, flower bath, laundry service, airport pickup, motorcycle rental etc. Staff are also very nice and helpful. My partner fell ill in the evening and I was thankful to catch someone in the reception around 11pm, and they were kind enough to give us additional bottles of water as we didn't have any left with us.

A quality, family run affair.

A surpringly quiet setting in increasingly noisy Ubud, the free standing villas have everything required for a self sufficient stay, including a kitchenette and a good sized fridge. Clean, well maintained by friendly staff.

Although it’s quiet, it is situated near one of Ubud’s traffic bottlenecks. Be prepared to spend a few contemplative minutes in stationary traffic when heading into town. It should be noted that this is certainly not unique to this establishment however. It wouldn’t put us off staying there again.

Just amazing...

Everything about this place is magical ...specially for nature lovers , view from the room was so mesmerizing...very quiet location and at the same time it's accessible to the main road within 2.. minuits..the staff is really very kind and helpful.. very picturesque place ..this place has my heart ❤️

Wonderful villa. Had everything we needed. The pool was very picturesque and refreshing. Bathroom had a great big bath tub and large shower area.

The door lock to the bathroom would jiggle open from the wind leaving the doors banging at times.

Overall, a great place. The location is super convenient and the staff is very friendly. The pools, sunbeds, surroundings, and courtyard are all beautiful and very well maintained. It was very quiet and peaceful, which made the stay really relaxing. Breakfast was kindly provided upon request, bottled water was always available for free, and room cleaning was done on time. Really close to the Monkey Forest and surrounded by tons of great restaurants and shopping streets.

I did lower the score for cleanliness because there were stains on the towels, and even after asking for replacements, the new ones had stains as well. I assume they were just stains that don’t come out, but it was still a downside.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bali! The location was perfect — close to the main attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a vacation. The pool area was lovely, and it was great to unwind there after exploring the island. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely stay here again!

The room could use a little cosmetic updating, but it didn’t affect our comfort at all.

Our stay in Ubud was absolutely unforgettable! 🌿 The hotel is truly a hidden gem , the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re in heaven. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and every morning started perfectly with a delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage right at the property, which made the experience even more enjoyful. Renting a motorcycle through the hotel was super convenient and made exploring Ubud so much easier. A very special thank you to Sukma, Kadek, Teja, and the entire team. Their warm hospitality and genuine efforts made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make everything pleasant and memorable. Second time enjoying Puri Kobot

This is my second time coming here, and I hope is not my last. Everything was great. Big, comfortable and clean room. The AC works perfectly, with great lighting as well coming through the glass doors. Cozy little terrace with a sofa, chairs and desk to spend a slow morning having breakfast. The location is great as well, very quiet place in a secondary road but located in central Ubud, with lots of restaurants, markets and stuff to do nearby. Staff is extremely kind, helpful, caring and close with the guests!

Maybe the breakfast is not up to the place standards in terms of quality and quantity, but still nice. The fried rice is good. Not great fruit.

Tropical garden getaway

What fantastic guesthouse! The grounds were fabulous, well tended, a little oasis in a busy town. Staff were friendly, helpful, very welcoming. Each guest has a little bungalow which feels quite private as nested between plants. The outdoor bathroom is spacious and exotic. The swimming pool was perfect to relax on a hot day. A highlight was the traditional indonesian breakfast. The location is slightly out of the main Ubud centre, which is what we wanted. The view on the rice paddies was brilliant. I highly recommend for a quiet getaway!

And if you discover the shortcut like we did after just 2 days, the walk becomes even quicker and scenic. Despite being so close to everything, Puri Kobot is a peaceful escape, surrounded by **nature, palm trees, fruit-bearing plants, coconut trees, cacao, flowers—**you name it. Every inch of the space is full of life and beauty. 🌺 Traditional Beauty Meets Comfort The villa is a stunning reflection of Balinese architecture, with intricate carvings and thoughtfully designed buildings that speak volumes about the local heritage. We stayed in a bungalow that felt like our own private sanctuary. It included a well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with shower and bathtub, a refrigerator, comfortable bed, and a relaxing balcony lounge where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings. The pool is pure joy—crystal clear, cleaned every day, and inviting. After a long journey on our first night, we didn’t waste a minute—jumped straight into the pool and instantly felt revived. What more could you need when comfort, nature, and beauty surround you? 🍽️ Breakfast That Comes to You Breakfast was such a treat! All we had to do was send a WhatsApp message with our preferred choices from the menu, and it arrived at our door—fresh and on time. Options like fried rice or noodles, eggs done in several styles, toast, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, and juice made every morning feel like a personalized feast. For the price we paid, the quality and convenience were beyond expectation.

Incredible villas lovely staff

Beautiful villas set on the outskirts of Ubud, off a side road so heard absolutely no traffic. It is such a peaceful place to stay. We felt so welcomed by every staff member. They were all so friendly and caring towards us. The rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted - to an incredibly high standard. The pool is lovely! Nice temperature. Next to rice field :)

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Perhaps we wouldn’t have spent our entire 2 weeks based solely in Ubud and travelled out (due to traffic day trips were a lot longer than expected). If we did this trip again we’d stay in this hotel for at least half the trip.

Good stay at Ubud

1. Nice property and well maintained. 2. The decor is quite luxurious. 3. Pool is well maintained and was the highlight of the property. 4. Kitchenette is ok. 5. They provided us with a cab. Degung was a fantastic person who showed around many places in Ubud. His recommendations were spot-on. He was such a humble and nice person who made our Puri Kobot experience really amazing.

1. The kitchenette doesn't have drinking water which was unusual and you need to purchase it separately from supermarket. Usually all properties with a kitchen provide bottled water cans. 2. We took an in-house massage which was good but expensive compared to other properties at Ubud. 3. Breakfast was complimentary but spread was quite limited. Portion size can be improved.

Beautiful pool in a quiet area near Ubud center. Good value of money!

It’s a small hotel so it give us a lot of privacy and quiet. The bed is comfortable and room is big and well equipped. The best were the pools, they are beautiful and with lot of green around. It was very relaxing at the end of the day. Very easy to rent a scooter with the hotel (100k rupiah/day) which it’s the price everywhere). Also, we found a great value of money, the hotel had a reduction (we paid 25€/night). A good point it’s that the room doesn’t smell humidity, a common problem is Ubud.

The bathroom could be a little bigger and hot water stops after few minutes in the shower. The location is very quiet but to reach the restaurants you have to walk around 10-15 minutes in a very busy street. Keep in mind that grab/Gojek is very cheap but due the traffic jam you will take time to reach Ubud center.

Felt like a paradise: super private, spiritual, unbelievably beautiful! The staff is very polite as well. Loved their breakfasts served directly to the room and, of course, the highlight - the pool with the Buddha statue.

Nice and peaceful place to enjoy Ubud

This property is well maintained and well kept - the room is spacious and the bed is really big. We loved the swimming pool. They provide decent / good breakfast (limited options).

The property is bit far from the town. If you rent a scooter, you can easily go around the town. Otherwise limited food / shopping options near to the property.

Excellent location and the room was very nice and comfortable.

A friend of mine had water leaking into his room, but they moved him to a different room and it was resolved. Finally, as we were leaving, one of the workers asked us to fill the motorcycles with gas. When I returned them, I asked about it, but they didn't say anything. There could be better communication between the workers so they don't ask for things when one is about to leave.

I liked the big rooms, the great location, and the friendly staff. It's family owned, and they really take pride in helping the customer. As a staff member, Juna was very helpful as well, and he gave me some good tips and assistance. Thank you guys!

I loved the location, away from the busyness of Ubud Central. The place was clean, and easily accessible just off the main road. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

2 flights of stairs with suitcases and the aircon was not working. Seemed to have run out of gas and was much needed after long days spent in the sun.

The gardens and pool area are beautiful. Its nice and close to the centre of Ubud, but not in the middle of the busy and noise. We would really recommend staying here while visiting Ubud. We rented a bike from them and it was a great time all round. Juna was very friendly and helpful.
