La ubicación, es grande y cómodo y con dos baños. Tiene aire acondicionado y se duerme bien. Pudimos aguantar las horas de calor fresquitos.
Que nos cobraran por check-in late 30 euros cuando el retraso del avión no fue nuestra culpa

Great location, we could walk to most of the major sights without needing to figure out transit, which was a huge plus. The neighborhood itself is calm and residential, and our neighbors were quiet throughout the stay. No noise issues at all.
Overall, the management team was professional and responsive — everything was well-organized from check-in to check-out. Would recommend, with those caveats in mind.
A couple of things worth knowing before you book: the double bed is on the snug side for two adults of average build — fine for sleeping, but you'll feel it by morning. Also, mosquitoes were a real problem in May. We ended up killing quite a few inside the unit, so bringing repellent or a plug-in is strongly recommended if you're visiting in warmer months.

Merci à l'équipe d'UNYCA, pour nous avoir permis de faire le check-in plus tôt, il pleuvait des cordes, nous avons grandement apprécié. Le logement est très ancien, beaucoup de charme, spacieux (nous avons apprécié d'avoir 2 salles de douche/WCS) confortable, frais, très calme (à part pour les oiseaux qui chantent entre 5h et 7h le matin, au lever du soleil) et très bien situé à moins de 10 minutes du Duomo à pied.
Devoir télécharger une application collectant nos données personnelles pour sortir les poubelles dans une rue avoisinante alors que des frais de ménage de 130€ étaient facturés.
