Good although a bit of an better quality equipment needed

Pillows- floor not cleaned enough- bathroom needs a serious cleaning- garage is 20 minutes far from property and not mentioned in booking!!

Wonderful stay in the unit.

The location was in a quiet area of town but accessible to the noisier, more touristy part of town. The unit was spacious and clean.

We wanted the lights brighter in the living room/kitchen space. Would have been better if there were extra pillows.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were super kind and always available to help with anything we needed — even with parking, which made things so easy. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, and felt brand new, with everything you could possibly need. The location was great too, just a short 5–10 minute walk to the Duomo. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

A mess and we will never stay there again

I like the fact it had an elevator

It was extremely cold with no blankets. When reaching out to get assistance they claim it was late because the warehouse where the blankets are just closed at 4:30pm 🤦🏾‍♀️ the parking that we were told to go to was 13 minutes driving when there were literally parking across the street and that where my husband recommended we go.

Good stay overall, parking is not outside the apartment

Nice location very near to centre and attractions are accessible by foot

Parking is written as included with apartment but you need to give your car to a parking company who will keep your car for entire stay, if you need it back you need to pay 15 Euros per day, this was not clearly mentioned when we booked the apartment and was kind of annoying.

Truly magical stay in Florence

Very big,clean and wonderful apartment close to the city centre of Florence. Everything you could possibly need if you would like to eat in or use the local restaurants. Close to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the main streets . The apartment was excellent . So much to see and do we had an amazing stay.

Amazing apartment and service

Best place in Florence, the apartment is gorgeous, service is impecabile, the staff is very responsive and very friendly. I loved this place, location is great, super close to everything and the inside of the apartment has everything you need.

There isn’t a close supermarket, but that’s a super small detail

We had no hot water in shower. Kept calling and emailing the person to come fix , and they never came until night before we checked out. Very disappointing ☹️

Renovated apartment to explore Florence city center

Renovated apartment managed by a company with professionals. Good communication, detailed instructions. Clean. They help us with parking.

Air-conditioning doesn't work properly, no curtains in the living room, could be cheaper, only online check-in is available

Great place in Florence

It was a great place, the staff are super nice and it's very well organized. They inform you about everything you need to know before arrive there. The apartment is very new, with lot of space and handy. And also it has a great location, everthing is walkable.

Cecco is a great and easy location for exploring Florence.

Mamo staff provided assistance in accessing apartment after I inadvertently left my phone in a taxi (recovered some hours later). Mamo staff were responsive to all questions and in sending out a repair person ASAP to resolve the washing machine issue ( blockage cleared from drain).

Great spot for a family of 5. Provided all the accommodations we needed. Good location!

Great location. We were able to walk to multiple tourist locations. Parking can be provided via a local garage if needed (note streets are tight). Close to restaurants and cafes. Wifi worked great too.

Stove is tricky to operate. Showers are a bit tight.

We were in november and it was a little bit cold in the apartment. It was a rule that you could not use the AC for more than 20 degrees Celsius.

Construction out front which isn’t really the fault of the property. There was no soap or detergent for the washer provided. Luggage storage at office was too far from the place to be able to use.

First let's start with the location...great. The building is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is beautiful with gorgeous high ceilings and extremely comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we were great. The beds are comfy and the building is super clean and quiet. Also, I have never felt safer in a city. A+ overall.
