Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kostenfreie Nutzung der Waschmaschine inklusive bereitgestellter Wasch-Tabs. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – Bahnhof, Duomo, Uffizien und der Arno sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man sich mitten im Herzen der Altstadt befindet. Auch Check-in und Check-out verliefen flexibel und völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Zu Beginn funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, das Problem konnte jedoch dank des schnellen und hilfreichen Online-Supports rasch gelöst werden. Außerdem befindet sich das Apartment im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Für uns war das kein Problem, für ältere Personen oder Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte dies jedoch relevant sein.
