Location was very central and easy to get around once you got your barings
Stairs to the bedroom were even steeper than we imagined. Sofa very uncomfortable. Photos show the apartment very light and airy but it's actually very dark

Fantastic location, great price, private. Spacious. Comfy memory foam mattress. Elizabeth was really helpful and friendly at check in.
We chose the quieter of the two apartments in the courtyard rather than the street. But, there is zero sound proofing so if you’re unlucky with noisy neighbours, as we were, you will be awake until they decide to be quiet. 4.30am one night and midnight the other. Couldn’t open windows as another window looked straight in. Metal stairs felt risky for tired legs and very loud/squeaky.

The location is good. It is walking distance from everything you need to see and do in Florence. Ana is also really friendly and helpful.
The pictures make the apartment look more modern than it actually is. There are two flights of stairs going up to the apartment, which is unknown from the pictures. The water is the bathroom is warm, not hot, and the toilet makes a weird sound all the time. The neighborhood that the apartment is located in is super loud. The noise goes on till early parts of the morning. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful sleep.
