A Little Gem – Cosy 2 bed house close to the beach

Lovely cottage,immaculate tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything you'd need and close to the beach and short walk into town,cottage is accessed from street behind the address listed and is on a busy road so if you're a light sleeper it could be a problem. Had wonderful stay,comfy beds,nice en suite,downstairs bathroom beautiful but very cold even though it was warm that week. Seaton itself is lovely and overall we gad a fabulous time

no parking witch we were not aware of until paid for,bed very hard no sleep at all and on a main road and a very damp smell stayed one night not the two

Highly recommended. My mother in law is very poorly and we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the property, and the owners assisted us in ensuring medical provisions were delivered, so that she could come away for the first time in years. She was over the moon and these are memories we will treasure. This cottage is a modern, clean and well equipped house with lots of complimentary provisions which make it feel like home away from home. If your self catering then please know the kitchen is fully equipped and Tesco is literally across the road, and co op 5 mins to your left. If you don’t feel like cooking then their are plenty of lovely places to eat, 5 mins walk away or across the road. A lovely little welcome pack awaits you with bread, tea, coffee, milk butter and biscuits ready for you to get an urgent brew after your journey. The pebble beach is a 2 minute walk, quiet clean and tidy, and the town centre is no more than a 7 min walk away. Seaton tramway is across the road and a 5 min walk and I recommend this as my mother in law loved it. The tram passes through the wetlands and has a lovely cafe at either end. You’re a short drive away from Beer, Charmouth and Lyme Regis so it’s a good base to explore further afield. The property has no sea view, however it doesn’t matter as the property is so close to the beach. WiFi worked well and towels and linen all provided. If you like quiet, and calm then you’ll love Seaton. Keith and Caron are excellent hosts, and good communicator’s so don’t br afraid to contact them.

A lovely, well equipped house very close to the beach. A great location for exploring Seaton & the surroundings. It was lovely to have some basic provisions waiting for us on our arrival- a really nice touch. Although there is no parking at the property this was not a problem. It would have been nice to have a visitors book to sign.
