Beer cottage
The views over the village were beautiful and it would be a lovely cottage with sone TLC
The main reason we booked the cottage was because it had a private garden, so we could let our dog out, but the garden was so overgrown we couldn't even get into it. There was a massive gap under the front door. Sone areas needed maintenance. Many areas were not clean.

Mixed. This cottage has great potential. It could be really nice but needs some TLC.
Good location, easy walk to the centre of Beer. Good views across the town, sunny position. Kitchen was well equiped for those wanting to self cater. Bedrooms were a good size and shower was good.
The cottage has a problem with spiders. It is an old property and it is spider season, but requires this to be sorted out. We had to clean on arrival to remove cobwebs and spiders. The cottage requires a thorough clean. No freezer section in the fridge. this would have been useful for icepacks.

Great cottage, very comfy and homely, spacious with great views of Beer and close to Town Centre
Location is just 5 minutes walk from the Town Centre and Sea Front....Cottage very cosy and spacious and has all you need for your stay
Parking is a small issue as you have to wait to unload in the spaces opposite (2 hours wait time) as you cannot park on the road anywhere but it was ok for us....Hill down to town and Sea Front is very steep so people with difficulties will have to take their time as cars will always be parked in the Town Centre away from the Cottage
