Brilliant location, fantastic open plan family room which made us all feel extremely calm & relaxed.

A 2nd toilet would have been convenient but other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.

It was a lovely place luckily we had the weather with us so we spent most of the time in the garden

Why like about the property was a very large garden for the dog and you close the gate with your car parked inside

The issue I have with the property the bathroom was lovely, but there was no nonslip mats for the bath or shower and the only TV channels we could get with Netflix and YouTube

The garden and outside space

No toilet upstairs and the stairs are very difficult for an 80 year old. Could do with a sofa bed downstairs so she didn’t have to do the stairs Property could do with a deep clean

Beautiful house in a great location

Beautiful house in a great location, just 20 mins walk to Seaton town. We stayed here to run the Grizzly run and it was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was great after a tough hilly run! The house was clean and the kitchen area was large and a great space. There was plenty of utensils and towels etc

There was no toilet roll in the bathroom when we arrived and we couldn’t find any anywhere which after a 5 hour drive was not great!! We had to get some from the Tesco in the town. Also the TV would not work it just came up with no signal.

The property was clean and comfortable. In particular the open plan kitchen, dining room and seating area was perfect for a small group to eat together and play board games.

No salt or pepper was provided and the coffee pods were the incorrect ones. Spare cleaning cloths would be handy.

Wouldn't definitely revisit again

The apartment is very new and spotlessly clean. Loved very single details there. The apartment is very bright, airy and stylish. Close to seaton beach side, it's just 3 mins drive away. Would definitely go there again.

we had a lovely stay with friends and the house was perfectly acceptable, but I don’t think we’d stay there again.

Bright and relatively modern

It was only surface clean and could do with a good deep clean, a few bits and pieces were broken like one of the door knobs on the bedroom which kept falling off and the leg of the chair in the kitchen area. Its also not secure for dogs which was a shame as it’s advertised as dog friendly, it might be worth adding that to the details as it’s right on the main road.

Ruim huis met grote woonkeuken en een heerlijk terras met hot tub. Goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de Jurassic Coast. Parkeren naast het huis.

Huisje ligt niet heel dicht bij de zee, maar is goed te doen (15 tot 20 min lopen)
