Fantastic property, can not imagine a better place to stay

Beautiful house, very comfortable, every amenity we could think of was provided, and the location is excellent, a super quick walk into town and the waterfront. We also loved the little welcome bag of local coffee, tea and biscuits etc - this was a totally unexpected and very sweet touch which we send very grateful thanks for.

Brilliant

The size of house, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms. Large enough for our family of 12.

Would be nice for parking for 4 cars instead of 2. As carpark quite expensive for a week!

In the most a good stay. Communication and garden facilities were disappointing.

The house was a great space for a large family gathering.

The property was advertised with a garden and seating area outside which we were looking forward to using as the weather was good this weekend. However, I don't believe the outside furniture had been cleaned at all this year as it was filthy which was really disappointing. Plus when we went to use some of the cutlery it was also dirty. Finally the Guest Book asked us to put all rubbish at the end of our stay in the dustbins provided but there were none located at the property. The communication regarding the property has not been very good - I tried on a number of occasions to ask if towels were provided as the house details didn't specify but the company eventually responded when we had already checked in. Then I tried to contact the company on the Monday morning regarding the bins but again no joy.

Brilliant extended family holiday

For our family it was an excellent location. It was so easy for everyone in our wider family group to come and go to the beach and town.

Back yard could be a bit cleaner but it was very useful for drying wet suits and paddle board etc.

We loved the space and cleanliness of the property, and the wild life outside, squirrels in trees!

We wanted a location in Seaton so this was perfect. Big enough for six adults and three children. It was really well equiped with room for some private time if required. We were able to gain entry an hour early which was useful. Thank you for the gift pack of coffee. tea etc. It was a thoughtful and welcome introduction to our stay.

It would have been nice to have more on site parking. It was not good to find the previous guests used bed linen in bags in our wardrobe.We were able to find a spare blue bag in another room.

Lovely time in a delightful house, plenty of room for 12 of us and in a great location.

The location was brilliant, we did not need to use our cars all week! Lovely house spread over 4 floors, clean and well equipped. Plenty of bathrooms A lovely welcome pack of goodies on arrival, Thankyou

A lovely clean and comfortable base for a stay in Devon.

3 Major Terrace is a large townhouse in Seaton, Devon that is situated a short 3 or 4 minute walk from the seafront. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and the key collection arrangements were simple and clearly explained by email in advance. The accommodation is spread over 4 floors and there is a small private back garden area with astro turf, seating and BBQ fatilities. What is really useful is that should you use this area for cooking/eating, there is a small kitchen area on the ground floor that means you don't have to traipse through the house to the main kitchen on the second floor. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances and plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. Seaton is a nice base for a stay in East Devon. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house and the coastal walks nearby are excellent. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars. Inside, wi-fi worked well for our needs.

The TV didn't connect to the internet but to be perfectly honest, it didn't matter to us. Everything else was great.
