Very clean and homely house, everything you would need for your stay is provided and plenty of room to not be on top of each other a bonus with 6 adults and 6 children. Very close to the beach and lots of lovely cafes and pubs within walking distance. I liked the fact I had a call from Lyme Bay rentals on the first day to check all ok, I mentioned the kettle not working properly and another brand new one was delivered whilst we we were out. Great service.
Not a criticism of the property and not a lot the owners can do but there was a rather large cat over the back that used the small area of artificial grass as its personal toilet! Glad we didn’t need to use the garden area.

Beautiful house, very comfortable, every amenity we could think of was provided, and the location is excellent, a super quick walk into town and the waterfront. We also loved the little welcome bag of local coffee, tea and biscuits etc - this was a totally unexpected and very sweet touch which we send very grateful thanks for.
There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

The size of house, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms. Large enough for our family of 12.
Would be nice for parking for 4 cars instead of 2. As carpark quite expensive for a week!
