We were left alone.
Nothing, couldn't eat the breakfast as it was before 12 ! But that's just me !

Everything was thought of for the stay. Even to the small details sewing kit guides cards etc. Milk tea coffee and shortbread was a really nice touch.
Wasn't anything not to like. Bed was a little uncomfortable though.

It was lovely to have milk on arrival and tea and coffee and jam. The bed was very comfortable.
It was great but maybe wiifi would have been helpful but we were able to use phone data and it didn’t affect our stay.

It was small but well equipped.
This was a last minute booking as I was taking my two sons away for a short 3 night break, our first break for 3 years. But on arrival I was horrified to find that it was situated next to a phone transmitter. We have lived by one in the past and it made us very sick. It gave me chronic fatigue and painful muscles and joints, and my youngest son eczema and alopecia. So we felt we couldn't stay. I explained our health issues and concerns to the owner and asked if she'd consider refunding the 2 nights we wouldn't be staying there under the circumstances. She reluctantly offered 1 nights refund, but that I'd have to wait 3 weeks, and she wouldn't do the refund through the website. I was thankful that we would get a small refund and could continue our holiday elsewhere. However, afterwards she became very rude, and has since ignored my messages and also ignored emails from booking.com. I am disappointed that I didn't receive a refund as promised.
Also the cabin smelled a bit musty, and even the plug in air freshener couldn't mask it. Such an upsetting experience.

All good; location, internal and external space, especially the facilities.
The shower could be temperamental, the access code for the lock box was wrong and the signage into the park was limited but these were very minor irritants.

Absolutely everything! We really enjoyed our family weekend here and highly recommend it to anyone. The chalet was spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated the tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid etc, as well as towels being provided. Very close to the beach, and lovely things to do with the kids, also great dog walks! We will be back again!

The chalet was clean and comfortable with lovely little extras such as tea, coffee, milk and jam. The beds were comfortable and the duvets were warm. Great to have TV in the bedrooms. The outside furniture was great for breakfast in the sunshine or reading in the fresh air. It is evidently well cared for. We would use it again.
There was limited hanging space for clothes if four people were staying, but plenty for the two of us. It was unfortunate that the fire alarm went off at 3am on our last night. There was no fire so we assumed the battery needed replacement! As this could happen anytime, maybe a spare battery and instructions could be placed at the chalet for guests to change. We could not find instructions amongst the other appliance leaflets there.

A lovely chalet, beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped. Towels provided.
Excellent location for exploring the area.
Handy petrol station/ shop next door.
Milk in the fridge on arrival, tea and coffee provided, some jam too, - nice touch.
Would happily visit again.
Slight traffic noise, really not a problem for us.
Lack of wifi - again, fine for a couple of days, but might be a problem for a longer stay.

A welcoming, light and clean Chalet. It’s in a brilliant location, close to all beaches, with Seaton being just down the road. Loved the decking which has a gate, perfect for furry friends.
The shower was weak and the double bed was unfortunately too soft for us.

Lovely chalet, as described - well equipped and clean in a great location to explore Devon and Dorset coast
The only comment I would make is that the tap for the hand basin in the bathroom was a little stiff - most people won't find it a problem, but I have arthritis in my hands, so it was a bit difficult turning the tap on and off. And minor suggestion, it would be good to have a jug for the kitchen

Dog friendly enclosed picket fence.
Oven ok.
Plenty of hot water. Bathroom a good standard.
Comfortable furniture, cosy cushions and easy to clean.
Plenty of cooking utensils pots and pans.
Chalets were spaced out convenient petrol station and shop.
Nice area and friendly.
Nice to have a fan.
Good value for money and booked at very short notice in the busy holiday season I do appreciate letting us stay.
Although clean there were a few spider cobwebs that had been there for a while.
Fridge not very cold when put on lowest setting and could have done with a small freezer.
Very hot during our stay.
Little picket gate needs looking at although closes slips down a bit and fence a bit wobbly.
The area was by a main road a bit noisy but we got used to the noise.

Absolutely amazing will definitely be back, the Chalet was spotless clean and had absolutely everything in to make our stay perfect and easy. Lovely extra touches like fresh clean towels and every bed and a pint of milk in the fridge for our arrival! Could not have asked for a better place to stay! I have already recommend to friends and family!!

Very well equipped and very clean chalet. It had everything you'd need. Surprisingly spacious.
Thank you for the milk in the fridge.
The window in the main bedroom didn't seem to close properly so you could hear the road noise outside.

Excellent place - lots of helpful things like full sets of crockery, towels, first aid etc
If you didn't open the windows during the day after a while, in the night the beds felt dewy and there would be condensate on the windows often. May just be that time of year?

The chalet was nice, clean and well equipped, no washing machine but there was laundry place down in Seaton 😉 beds were very comfy, we loved mooing cows in the evenings and mornings 😍 and our little dog loved morning walks to the nearby picnic area, the views the were amazing! thank you ☺️
The nearby road was a little bit too noisy in the mornings
8.0 / 10.0
Chalet is beautifully decorated and location wise is only a short travel to both Seaton and Lym Regis.
The chalet was equipped with everything we needed. Only needed our clothes.
Cross over the road and there are amazing views of Seaton and a public footpath to walk the dog.
Being close to the main road means a lot of by passing traffic, especially motorcycles speeding past making it a noisy location during the day. Night time tends to be a lot more quieter.
