Could not be more central. Clean. Comfy bed. Effective air con. Good hot shower. Slept well here. Staff helpful when asked.
Booked 2 King rooms and received 1 King and 1 Twin.
The King room had no visible plug socket except in the bathroom so we requested to move to another room, and only Twins were available. So in effect we received 2 Twins (Queen beds).
The hotel is tired and needs investment but everything worked and it has a lot of potential.

La atención del personal fue excelente y nos apoyaron con información adicional como son las agencias de tours y servicio de transporte privado.
Fue un detalle con la puerta del baño, que no cerraba por completo.

Que las habitaciones estuvieran limpias, la ubicación es perfecta enfrente de la iglesia y plaza principal
No tiene estacionamiento, ni valet parking, ni convenio con algún otro estacionamiento para poder dejar tu auto! Lo tienes que dejar bastante lejos o estarlo moviendo cada 2 horas y con horario por que si no te multan. Eso fue muy molesto e incomodo
No tienen botones, aparte que te estacionas donde puedes con el miedo de que lo dejas hasta quien sabe donde !! Nadie te ayuda con tus maletas ! Andas cruzando calles y sobreviviendo cargando tu equipaje !!!
Las almohadas olían a sudor todas! Les falta lavarlas o cambiarlas cada huésped!!! El restaurante lo cierran muy temprano, llegas de los tours y ya no hay servicio de restaurante! Tienes que salir a la plaza (que esta enfrente) para cenar. La alberca esta helada y en pleno rayo de sol, mejoraría mucho que le pusieran un techo de lona y calderas solares ! Elevaría mucho el gusto del huésped!!! Los baños son muy viejos !!!
