Buen servicio, la ubicacion esta algo distante de otros pumtos de interes, bien para un retiro, no tanto para hacer tours. Un punto que quiero dejar, trate de hacer funcionar la calefaccion de la habitacion pues vi que tiene el modo heat, no funciona y las noches y en general la habitacion estuvo fria.

Muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y alejarse de la Ciudad un fin de semana.

La luz se fue, nosotros veníamos llegando, y la forma en la que nos lo comunicaron no fue la mejor, poca empatía por parte del staff. Muchísimas arañas en todo el hotel, las áreas de juegos llenas de arañas, pero exagerado. Agua fría para bañarte.

Fin de semana agradable en familia

El personal es muy atento, me encantó la amabilidad y dedicación que mostraron durante nuestra estancia. La piscina aunque es pequeña estaba a una temperatura agradable y no es profunda. El masaje en el Spa fue relajante y la masajista Cris muy amable también. Por último el paseo a caballo fue muy bonito y a los niños les encantó

Me hubiese gustado que el menú del restaurante fuese más variado. Por otra parte deberían dar mantenimiento a la mesa de futbolito y de billar ya que estaban en mal estado. Y retirar de los servicio ofrecidos los vuelos en globo ya que actualmente no lo tienen.
