Great location, the staff was super nice and the place is cute, almost everything was great. The price was very good considering the location, by walking 5 min you are already in the center and just in front there is a famous park.

The floor was dirty, the street was being fixed so it was probably that. They did come and ask to clean though. The room was cold and there was no extra blankets which one can normally find in the closet.

La ubicación fue lo único que me gustó no me atreví a comer la comida porque todas las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear , específicamente en el área de limpieza Además de que tienen poco personal para atender todo el hotel

El hotel se promociona como excelente ubicación, servicios de calidad y hermoso. Llegamos, nos entregaron las llaves y desde las manijas de la puerta pegajosa, el olor de la habitación era de humedad. Las sillas de la habitación más que sucias, la barra sucias, pasé un kleenex y salió todo sucio.Tuve que ir a comprar toallas sanitizantes y Lysol. El jacuzzi viejo y percudido, asco daba verlo, no lo usamos. Al abrir la cama, la colcha asquerosa....y las sábanas SUCIAS Y CON FLUIDOS. Reporté la situación específicamente a de la cama, me dieron unas limpias y sin fundas. Tuve que llamar a solitar unas, la camarista argumentó que "esque la lavandería nos ha quedado mal" Salimos a la plaza y al regresar NO HABIA AGUA EN A HABITACIÓN Al amanecer, decidimos entregar la habitación. La recepcionista justificando la situación y dijo que iba a investigar. Quedó en llamarme y nunca lo hizo. Definitivamente LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN HOSPEDAJE QUE HEMOS TENIDO.

Poca empatía de la recepcionista, se dicen pet friendly pero no parece, estuve 2 días y solo estuvo así cuando llegue el segundo día no porque lleve mascota donde pague el extra, alberca templada sucia y obvio fría el agua, muy mal no regresaré a ese lugar.

Lamentablemente mi puerta colindaba con otra y los huéspedes fueron ruidosos por la noche y por la mañana, pero el personal siempre estuvo atento a solicitar algo de calma y respeto para el descanso, muy bien

La atención de Angeles fue muy buena, mi hija y yo quedamos con muy buen sabor de boca de nuestra estancia. Y la habitación tenía tina de hidromasaje lo cual fue muy bueno.

Estancia linda

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Está frente a un parque y a unos 3-5 minutos del centro. El hotel tiene una alberca, y las habitaciones son comodísimas. Tiene habitaciones con vista a la calle o al parque. Las habitaciones son grandes y bonitas. La decoración es simple y la iluminación es adecuada. Nos gustó mucho este hotel.

Sólo que tardaron muchísimo en abrirnos cuando llegamos de nuestro evento. Llegamos en la madrugada y no había nadie cerca para poder entrar al hotel. Nos angustiamos bastante, pero al final nos pudieron abrir para poder descansar un poco

La ventana de la terraza estaba descompuesta, no se podía abrir completamente ni cerrar por completo y considero que les vendría bien instalar frigobar en las habitaciones
