It had better times

The location.

The maintenance of buildings and gardens, no phone inside the rooms, very limited access to Wifi, the towels are a "little old"...

Good price value quality in a beautiful but old hotel

The outside of the hotel and garden are great, and the bathroom in the room was huge. The staff was very freindly overall and we were able to check in way earlier than expected, around 10am

The hotel is a bit old, the beds were not the most comfortable but weren't bad either. There was no covered way of getting from the reception to the room, which was a big downside, because it was raining. Last but not least we found two cockroaches one in our room and one in the aisle.

The hotel grounds were beautiful. The staff was friendly. Location was acceptable and within walking distance to most places.

While website says the rooms have AC this is not true for all rooms. I specifically chose this hotel as it said there was AC. When we arrived they were going to place us in a basement room with no AC and it was 95 degrees. I insisted on a different room with AC and manager accommodated the request. Rooms and furnishings need some updates at least where we were located.

Terrible

The grounds were amazing, at first impression the hotel had a real wow factor

The rooms are extremely dated stains on the curtains and sheets. The hot tap in the bath wouldn’t fully close so we had to leave to running all night as there was no way to contact anyone to fix the problem, in the morning the room was like a sauna.

Worst stay of my life.

The only reason I am giving a 2 as a rating is because of the outside, it’s beautiful. However, the inside is horrendous!!!!!! It smelled like mold and rotten egg, it was dirty, there were rollipollies inside and other mosquitos, and worms in the flor. At night we were cold, there were no heater. There is no maintenance inside rooms. The tubs were black. Mold on the roof.

Everything mentioned above. Nothing inside the room, no maintenance, it need to me remolded inside.

Disappointing

It has beautiful gardens and it is very clean.

We asked for a room with a king-size bed thinking it would be a spacious room. It was down in the basement. There were no windows and there was barely any room to move around. The bed covered most of the room. When we tried to take a shower, there was only a hole on the wall, so we had to switch rooms. The new room has two full beds instead of a king-size. Half of the room had no electricity. In the middle of the night, our neighbors decided to make a party outside our room. We complained but the staff never did anything, so at 1:00 am we had to change rooms AGAIN. : C

Experiencia que incluye comodidad y convivencia con la naturaleza.

El hotel tiene instalaciones muy agradables. La convivencia con las aves es muy especial, ya que se ve claramente el cuidado que tienen hacia ellas. El personal es sumamente atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. La ubicación está muy bien, ya que es cerca del centro.

En algunas áreas se observa que el mantenimiento no es suficiente.

Hotel con mucha falta de mantenimiento

Sólo los jardines y los animalitos que tienen

La atención del personal de recepción nefasta. Las habitaciones muy deterioradas y escogimos este hotel ya que en internet mencionan que tienen una piscina con calefacción y resulta que “según” un día antes, en la tarde se dañó la caldera (dudo porque nosotros llamamos un día antes en la noche y no lo comentaron). Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, el agua de la regadera se salía, el aire acondicionado no servía y de hecho, solicitamos una cama extra y el colchón estaba en pésimas condiciones, todo manchado, cuando te acostabas todos los resortes se sentían. Ah y si está un poco alejando del centro de Tequisquiapan, nosotros teníamos que irnos en el carro.

El jardin y su zona verdes estan bien y el lado del Reataurant y algunas zonas tambien solo da una buena impresion pero no fue de nuestro agrado

La cama muy aguada, no hubo cobijas extras, el baño se tenia que estar abriendo y cerrando la llave de paso, no estuvimos comodos , lastima el lugar es grande pero se ve que esta descuidado no lo recomiendo hay mejores opciones en otros hoteles y espero que el dueño si cuide este es Hotel y no lo deje caer

No pude probar el desayuno incluido porque inicia a las 10 am muy tarde para mis necesidades. Jardines y alberca sin mantenimiento. Lo único que me gustó es que el personal es muy amable.

Colchones y almohadas viejas e incómodas. Habitaciones demasiado antiguas y jardines y alberca sin mantenimiento. Pésima la tubería y llaves de agua de los baños. Mucha humedad en la habitación. Cortinas y ventanas más pequeñas que las ventanas y no tapan la luz exterior.

Me encanto que puedes llevar mascotas pequeñas. Tambien las áreas recreativas. Me gusto el diseño del jardin, muy bonito.

Mantenimiento es muy baja calidad. El lugar es bonito. Pero todo es sucio. No pude nadar en albercas por que estaban muy sucias. Masomenos, la cama tenia acaros.

me hubiera gustado poder haber disfrutado mas el hotel

el lugar es muy bonito lo disfrutas desde que llegas al verlo

Los colchones y las almuadas son ya viejas e incomodas para dormir, el yakusi de la habitación no funcionaba y solicite lo vinieran a checar y nunca se presentaron para checarlo, los focos de la lampara estaban fundidos. Considero que deben darle mas mantenimiento al hotel la verdad es muy bonito.
