Nice hotel with a great location right in the centre!

The manager was very efficient and professional. His English was good. He assisted me with finding the tricky parking ( look down the alley for an orange door) and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room.

The front desk lady hung the phone up on me 3 times as I was lost and looking for help. She could have passed the phone to the manager. After a long day of driving I was quite tired and found her frustrating. I can speak some Spanish but she didn’t even try. Why is she in hospitality?

Old , no hot water , no heat and absolutely froze sleeping there . Ordered a drink on the bar and they never brought it to us and so we left

Perfect location

The property is right in the main plaza so it’s nice to be able to walk around and have the room easy access. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean.

Wonderful place to stay in the heat of Tequisquiapan.

Great employees. Both reception and restaurant staff. One of our party had a stomach complaint, the waiter went out if his way to ensure dietary needs were taken care of. Good internet. Amazing location. Wonderful pool area. Very tranquil. We would definitely stay again. I’ve visited Tequisquiapan many times. Probably the best customer service I’ve received.

Great location, lousy sleep

Lovely hotel right on the main square, location to everything couldn't be faulted. Easy parking inside the complex. Walking distance from bars, restaurants and sights. Spacious room with air-con if needed.

Being in the middle of town, it is VERY noisy. The church bells ring each quarter hour all night and, at 6am, play an extended tune so you are woken up from your very brief sleep - then the dogs start fighting/barking outside to ensure you can't get back to sleep. That was after putting up with people talking and laughing until 2am on an adjacent roof terrace. Also, on our stay although there is a lovely outside courtyard, the gardeners were pruning so we couldn't sit outside and we felt a little exposed sitting in our room with them working outside too. We were surprised they worked like that around an occupied room

Rooms are extremely outdated. Linens do not feel fresh. Furnishings seem to be from the 70s. Seems that the owners rely on the attractiveness of the location and have fallen VERY behind on room updates.

The location was excellent, great experience with the pool and rooms. Hot water, ventilation in the room, clean.

The check in was at 3 pm and one of our rooms was given to us around 3:50 pm, almost an hour wait.

Size of the room.

Be careful with your belongings, my beautiful and unique blouse disappeared from my luggage . I wanted to wear my blouse that afternoon but then I changed my mind for a long sleeve blouse and I returned my blouse back to my luggage . Then I went to eat and shopping, at night when I was organizing my luggage, I noticed my blouse was gone. In the morning we left the hotel and I forgot to mention it to the front desk because my taxi was a little early . I called them in the afternoon , the person who answered the phone didn’t say I’m sorry or anything, she just said “ha ok “then she asked for my phone number but she never called my back. . The hotel is centrally located, so you can walk . The hotel is extremely noisy , the bars and who knows what else played music until 2 o 3 ok in the morning , they gave us a hears plug but that’s not enough. The water pressure was very bad. Very bad experience here!!! I don’t recommend this place.
