The manager was very efficient and professional. His English was good. He assisted me with finding the tricky parking ( look down the alley for an orange door) and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room.
The front desk lady hung the phone up on me 3 times as I was lost and looking for help. She could have passed the phone to the manager. After a long day of driving I was quite tired and found her frustrating. I can speak some Spanish but she didn’t even try. Why is she in hospitality?

Location
Old , no hot water , no heat and absolutely froze sleeping there . Ordered a drink on the bar and they never brought it to us and so we left
