A comfortable and convenient location in Centro

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. The hotel was very clean I ate breakfast in the hotel this morning and it was good.

I was in room 222, and there was a problem with the handle/door knob, which made it difficult to open the door. The card would unlock the door, but there was a physical problem with the handle. I had to try several times each time I wanted to enter the route.

Great location, very clean, a friendly and welcoming bilingual (English/Spanish) staff. The room did not have AC, which wasn’t an issue for me, it may be for some.

Best place to stay

Awesome from beginning to end!! Bed was sooooo CONFORTABLE!!! The location is great, we got to walk a couple blocks but worth the scenery and the PARKING ON SITE is great!! Staff are very welcoming and polite!! They are remodeling but that didn’t bother us because it shows how they are paying attention to giving the best to customers!!! Stay here!!!! Awesome place

i loved everything!! they are remodeling lobby so you have to go to the restaurant to check in but that didn’t bother us. the parking on site is great!!! the bed is so comfortable and the room is just a good size!! we come to sleep not to throw a party in room so it does the job!!! no a/c in room but the little portable fan does the job!

Horrible

I did my booking on the phone, it said that the room that I picked (which was a three bed bedroom) was confirmed and I had my confirmation, still I have my confirmation. I got to the hotel and they told me my room was given to someone else already and that for the price I had made on my reservation they were only going to give me a two bedroom. I think it’s horrible that you make a reservation, you have your reservation number and after driving for hours they tell you that all the people coming with you will have to squish in two beds. My confirmation still shows as confirmed; therefore I do not think the hotel should just dispose of a reserved room just because they have more people coming. There is no stipulated time for until when you have to check in; so they could not just give our room away like that.

Excelente ubiación y precio acorde a las prestaciones.

La ubicacion es fenomenal en el centro historico. El estacionamiento es amplio y habia suficiente lugar. La comunicación con el personal fue excelente por whats, ya que avisé que llegaria en la madrugada y sin problema me atendieron.

Lo unico que no me gustó es que el cuarto esta directamente viendo hacia la banqueta lo que hace que entra algo de luz y ruido de los vehiculos/personas que pasan. El baño entra aire frío por la ventana. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

La ubicación excelente. La atención en recepción excelente. la casa en donde estaba nuestra habitación es preciosa, me gusta que está bien conservado.

El desayuno bueno, pero como no lo pagué incluido en la cuota, me pareció un poco elevado de precio. Estaría bien poner un sillón, y una mesa/escritorio con su silla para trabajar, hay espacio suficiente.

Está ubicando en el centro de la ciudad. Si estacionamiento en muuuuy amplio. El hotel es totalmente estilo queretano, está muy bien cuidado y extremadamente limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Te transporta a un Querétaro de tiempos de las grandes casonas. La comida en su restaurant exquisita y muy bien servida y presentada

Muy céntrico

Pague el estacionamiento en la tarifa del hotel, Dani y llegué en la noche a eso de las 10 y me dijeron que no había lugar, que lo dejara afuera, eso me disgusto mucho por qué ese servicio lo pague, si final después de discutir me asignaron un lugar que según era del dueño, luego en la mañana molestándote para que lo moviera, obvio no lo moví hasta que sali de nuevo, una molestia esta actitud
