The owners very really kind and warm. Yoga lessons were amazing. You meet other like minded people, and overall a pleasant experience.
We lost some money on the first day when the staff was cleaning our room but we should have been more careful to lock everything. Our stay other than that was really good.

I really feel "Rasa" as my home in Bali. I was there for a few days at first, and when I did a tour around Bali, the feeling I got when I came back was that I was back home.
I like my room, Ida and all the service are friendly and proffesional. The facilities (pool, yoga place, kitchen) are well equipped and always in perfect shape. I love this place and I stay there when I am in Ubud

Everything about this place is amazing! The rooms are sparkling clean and very nicely decorated. The little veranda is very cosy and has a great view of the pool and gardens, which were gorgeous especially at night. There is a big communal kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with all amenities where you can cook and dine with the other guests. The owners stock the fridges with fresh fruits and drink for all guests which you can buy for a small fee. The staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped me with my suitcases and offered to keep them in the office space while I was waiting for my flight. All in all it was the best place I've stayed in Bali!
Nothing everything was great. One thing to note because of the proximity to the fields and jungle there is quite a lot of animal noise at night, mainly geckos and frogs. It didn't really bother me but if you're a light sleeper you might want to bring some earplugs.

The rooms and set up look exactly like the pictures - beautiful aesthetically. Beds were extremely comfortable and the yoga shala is just beautiful, I loved doing my workout there. Kitchen is a gorgeous open space. New build so everything is fresh. Lady who does cleaning is very nice, smiley and helpful.
Cleaning - if done by the one lady there it will be good but cleaning by the two guys there was a bit of a joke. They had no clue what they are doing - I mean I had to repeatedly explain to them that the bins needed emptying when full for instance. They would only ever change the sheets.
Drilling happens sporadically either side of the building as construction is taking place - awful to wake up to some mornings.
Laundry service whilst I was there was terrible - some items of my clothes came back with like clay stains on them and my linen trousers were shrunk so I couldn’t even wear them. Then when I approached the owner about it I was told to go to the laundry people myself to sort it out! In the end after some back and forth I did get a small compensation, but the attitude towards the problem from staff was the biggest issue.
Hot water only for a few minutes and couldn’t be used on big shower head. I approached them the first day about it and I was looked at as if I was making it up. Then another room had the same issue and the boiler was changed and then they admitted that there will be a change to this moving forward.
Wi-Fi is sporadic. If more than a few people are using it it will be temperamental - like not work at all.
Kitchen has limited cooking pots for the amount of rooms.
One staff member asked me to pay for his dad’s surgery - this was dealt with but was so inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable.
I wanted to stay for two more months and I had paid and it was agreed and then they just sent me this very lengthy email stating that they didn’t think they met my standards and so they cancelled my booking and I had to find somewhere else in like a week for the next two months. It was very stressful and also I felt very unwelcome by the end of the stay.
