Great location! Close to many attractions. Very close to the centre of Ubud(about 10 minutes drive) but without having the huge traffic and crowds of the centre.
The roads around the villa even though were very nice to walk around are very narrow (not accessible with car) but villa’s staff are always available and willing to transfer us with buggy to the drop point for cars .
The garden and pool area could be a little bit more well-maintained

Oh my gosh - this place exceeded all of my expectations! The staff are so lovely and accommodating and the villa is SO nice - a comfy bed, aircon, a nice pool, and a kitchen, all in the most scenic location with such good restaurants around! I literally don't know what else you could want. The villa itself is on a laneway that isn't accessible by car as its too narrow BUT scooters, buggy and walking is completely fine and the staff are more than happy to drop off/ pick up from the designated zone so I had no issue getting around. The staff also tucked my teddy into bed after making it and it added a wholesome element to the experience. Good Day Resto is a 3 min walk away and you get a discount for staying nearby, Fermento by Terra is a little bit further up and do really good breakfast, in the other direction is Kalatara Coffee who do an amazing iced latte, and Minos Pizza which is a small restaurant that just opened run by an Italian man and it was SO delicious and fresh! Also next to the villa is Adopt A Dog Bali and you can take the rescue puppies for walks through the rice fields which was such a wholesome experience. Honestly I'm planning my next trip back already because everything was so perfect and it was just a gorgeous area of Bali to be in.
I didn't like that I had to leave. Quite rude. I wanted to stay.

The staff were really friendly and the location was great!
The bathroom was very outdated and dirty, there was mould in the bathroom and the mosquito net needed a good clean
