Located in a great part of Penestanan village. Friendly staff and locals. Good cafe’s close by. Spacious room.
Some leaking from balcony into room during heavy rain. But staff attended to it immediately on request.

Quiet and peaceful place in Ubud, yet still close to the city center, and has cafes, convenience stores and money exchange at a walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is served fresh every morning, nice little pool with a waterfall and the prices are very affordable. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
