Lovely and tenang!

The property is fine and very refreshing and we felt very safe since the owner’s house and restaurant just in front of the villa. The owner and staffs were very helpful and nice.

I wish there’s iron and ironing board. everything else was great. we had a great time!

Could be a fantastic property with some maintenance!

The Pool & outdoor space was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Location was as described. Friendly owner & responsive. Each room had own en suite & AC. Spacious living room. Cleaned two times a week.

Cleanliness was a slight issue, and the property definitely needed some maintenance (plaster coming off walls). AC needed purifying as it was a bit dirty. Bathrooms smelled quite bad and of sewage. Towels and bed covers really needed a good clean (or some brand new ones!) Kitchen appliances quite basic (no microwave or toaster). The owner was also doing some construction next to the villa - he did tell us on arrival and did apologise afterward. It was quite loud and would definitely be a big issue if you were planning to stay in the villa the whole time. Luckily we were out quite a bit so didn’t overly bother us, but the times we did stay in the villa all day, it became quite annoying and loud.

Very good

It's a perfect place to have private place and complete kitchen set with your family. Our kids were happy. They liked it here. It was very enjoyable. We might come again 😊

-There was only 1 television in a living room, but didn't work (no satellite)😄 -Pool was freezing, it was not warm/room temperature pool, but it was OK. Kids still enjoyed it anyway.

Beautiful stay in Ubud 10/10

Our host Rizza was incredible and couldn’t do enough for us! We had fresh drinking water facilities the AC units were fantastic and the pool was also amazing. the location is great, it’s out from the centre of Ubud so it’s very relaxing but only a 5 min scooter ride to the centre. The villa is very private and comfortable so if you don’t want to do any sightseeing you can relax there instead. the beds are really comfortable and soft as well. The family owns a restaurant at the front of the villa called Kino S kitchen and the food from there is really tasty and reasonably priced. We recommend the orange chicken with rice 😁 we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A sweet and lovely escape

The owner really kind and humble, nice to talk too. The family sells some tasty ricebox too. I spent a good time with a large group of friends, chilling and cooking there are all comfortable and fun. Pool is clean. Parking area are large and available for cars.. location is near to the center and also quiet, peaceful place to rest. Thank you Bli Kadek and family. Sehat dan sukses selalu.
