To be fair, there was nothing to like

I have never in my life given a negative review with all my years of travelling, but this one is an exception. I'll recommend Booking.com visits a few of the properties listed in their site. First of all I had to wait 2hrs+ in the corridor where it was cold for someone to come then on the heating, my original room smell of cigarette I couldn't stay in it, so my room was changed, the second room was ok. The heating was turned off after a while and the room became cold. The worst bit was the bathroom, I could take a bath, it was just awful, dirty, I managed to brush in there, hair in the sink. It was just extremely horrendous

Everything. It wasn’t clean the beds where never changed just febrezed the key to get in wasn’t left. Landlord didn’t answer phone to help us gain entry at night if it wasn’t for a tenant letting us in we’d have had no where to go. Other tenants in the property and it states we would have the whole house to ourselves. Locked in overnight and couldn’t get out in the morning. Absolutely nightmare from start to finish.

Locked out of the property all night while the owner took my money and ran

When I tried to check in around 10:30pm (I messaged to ask the latest time I can check in and he said I check in at any time) the owner wouldn't respond to any phone calls, messages or knocking on the door for around an hour. Some other people who said they booked the whole house were also locked out with their stuff still inside, they eventually opened the key box only to find it empty except for what looked like a paperclip. Someone else staying there eventually opened the door for them, but wouldn't let me in and said I needed to phone the owner even though I had been trying to do that for over an hour. I have pretty low standards, I wouldn't have complained even if the room was in bad condition or dirty or whatever, but I didn't even get to stay in the room I literally paid for, instead stuck outside all night until I could get my train home after 8am. I phoned booking.com for help after trying to phone the property owner but they couldn't contact him either and didn't do much else. They didn't even give me an actual refund, but offered a discount of around £10 if I booked a room at a different place, all of which were very expensive.

All of it, the wrong room given to us, then moved to a room that was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Property was a building site.

landlord wasn’t there when we arrived, didn’t answer his phone and other people had to let us in. 1 shared bathroom between 4 rooms, no duvet, lock didn’t work on bedroom door and downstairs looked like a building site.

Alloggio estremamente semplice; l'ho scelto solo perché vicino a Heaton Park.

Ho scelto un posto non distante da Heaton Park, dove sono stato a vedere il concerto degli Oasis. Questo alloggio mi ha dato la possibilità di tornare dal concerto a piedi. Bagno condiviso, piccolo e scomodo. Ho dovuto contattare io l'host al mio arrivo perché prima di quel momento non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione su come accedere.

Camera molto piccola e carissima. Nei giorni dei concerti degli Oasis, del resto, i prezzi erano tutti fuori misura.
