Great and comfortable space, needs better maintenance and the host needs better communication

The beds were really comfortable, the shower was hot and strong and the bedrooms were very spacious.

The heater was broken, it was freezing cold in the apartment and it took me 2 days and a lot of insistence to make the host believe me that it wasn’t working. After that an engineer went there and fixed it but it was very annoying. Also, if you share the apartment with other guests, you should be able to lock the bathrooms door but it was broken as well.

Falowo (the host) responded to urgent requirements professionally.

There wasn't a dining table so, eating was very stressful for us and our kids.

Rooms were nice the whole flat could do with a looking at however.

rooms were big which was a bonus heating worked which was also good.

there was no hot water during our stay! also the toilet doors don’t lock. there was black mould in the fridge and the hand rail for the stairs was coming off the wall.

Very nice stay

The beds were really comfortable, a lot of space in the rooms. There was a busstop right outside the door which leads directly to the city centre. The guy running it, was really friendly, he waited for us even though our plane was late, and was always quick to answer any questions.

It was not the cleanest, it is still in renovation. But it is very fair for what you pay!

The location was right between and place I needed to visit and Manchester City centre. It had local shops, plenty of food options and a bus stop right outside.

Pleasant

Location was convenient. Near Asda and direct bus line to city centre

Kitchen was dirty. Floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Bathroom doors do not close. No dining table. TV could not be turned off as there were no batteries in the remote control. Towels smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Whole flat was a mis-match of cheap, botch job DIY jobs using materials that had been found in a skip.

tv was in living room but no plug sockets near so brought in extension lead and no signal to sky box

The sheets were not clean. They smelt and the lower sheet had stains on. There were also sockets coming out of the walls revealing wires and I was worried for the safety of this
