The house is lovely, spotless, and so close to all the major attractions, cafes, and restaurants. It was so nice leaving the car and walking around the whole time we were there. The parking outside is only 10 mins, enough time to drop off luggage, but The Little Roodee car park is only a few minutes from the property, pay on departure. Charlotte's communication was excellent, and the tea/coffee/prosecco was a lovely added touch. Would highly recommend this home stay over any hotel.

The property was spotless and in an ideal location. Communication from Charlotte was excellent. The little touches of Prosecco in the fridge and savoury snacks were a lovely touch.
One small thing, not a criticism more of a suggestion, a waste bin in the bedrooms and bathroom would have been good.
