Grosvenor Stylish Apartments - Chester

The location was perfect for the area, really close to all aspects of Chester from nightlife to sightseeing.

Parking is very hit and miss I think the alley way down the side to access the property should be made for people to park in during there stay

Straightforward accessing property and apartment .Everything worked properly and enough kitchen cooking utensils and crockery.Nice and clean apartment comfy bed and hot shower.Very central to shops as just round corner few steps away.

That I was mislead by wording that each flat has its own private entrance and photos of the front door open on ground level showing street but In fact the apartment was on first floor up a steep flight of stairs which wasn’t mentioned at all. This was a problem for me carrying my luggage up and down stairs. Also going through a problematic identity process and giving deposit which could be made more simpler .I had to phone booking.com for help on this as when I emailed company I never got any answer and help. I finally after several frustrating attempts managed to get my photo and id card accepted and then paid deposit.

Its location

Top bedroom not dark enough . No coffee or tea or milk.( not sure if they were meant to be there)

Location was fantastic and bedrooms were lovely

There was some damage on arrival to bedroom blinds and in the kitchen. The living room was very poor, not room to sit more then 3 people on a damaged and knackered sofa. There were 4 of us and the tv did not work properly. No chance to relax. We had looked forward to this and paid for a luxury apartment, this was NOT luxury at all. Very dissapointing, issues were pointed out and we were offerd a 10% refufund (£16), we didnt bother, just an insult realy given the uncomfortable stay overall. Tatty and no proper refund offered, would not recomend. This was meant to be a treat for my kids and some family time, never again.
