2 Bed - City Centre on your doorstep Parking

Clear instructions. Good communication. Very clean. Lovely decor making it homely and comfortable. Great location and parking is a huge bonus. Nice outside area too.

The style of shower in second bedroom. Difficult to get in an out of especially stepping out onto tiled steps with wet feet. Feels awkward and unsafe.

Location great, a very short walk to a great range of restaurants. Parking, though tight (for a Volvo V60, a medium sized car) was good to have. Downstairs open plan living area was lovely. Kitchen was well enough equipped. Wifi worked well. Good to have an outside seating area. The welcome basket was a nice touch.

Bedrooms need some TLC. As mentioned in other reviews, there are no door knobs on the inside en-suite shower room, making closing the doors difficult, and neither of the en-suite extractor fans work. Hence ventilation is poor. Additionally, we couldn't open the window in main bedroom, and the window in the double bedroom was difficult to open and close. As requested in the guest book, we stripped the beds before we left. This revealed stained duvets - not pleasant; they need washing or replacing.

Location parking and the house was clean

Showers :In one bedroom there was a deep bath like shower with steps in and out. There needs to be an extra step to climb out plus when wet steps very slippery. Perhaps a heads up needs to be given on that particular facility so that people are aware of the difficulties getting in and out.The other en suite shower was very slippery also plus for some reason the shower did not have a cold/colder shower setting which was really uncomfortable especially in the hot weather conditions.Also perhaps in future the owners could supply fans for both bedrooms as upstairs was uncomfortably hot. This of course reflects our experience during a hot day/night in June.

Great location and well equipped property. We particularly liked the open plan living/kitchen/dining room and the added benefit of a patio with chairs. Welcome gesture of Prosecco and nibbles was a nice touch but the place could do with some more wine glasses and flutes rather than the odd mix that is there.

Very dirty behind the bed. Needs a bigger selection of pillows. Also need to re think the 13.5 tog duvet over this hot summer! One en suite has a curtain not door. Other has doors with no knobs on inside and you can't shut properly. Simple to fix and I think already mentioned in other reviews. Extractor not working in bathroom.
