The location for the centre is perfect
No parking but that can’t be helped with where the apartment is.

Layout as we had our young baby, husband and I could chill in the living room and baby in bed.
Use of the kitchen area was handy

The location in Central Chester was outstanding! Close to shopping, dining, and the university (we were there to visit our son). Staff was extremely helpful, and responsive to our messages. Will definitely stay again!
Some extra lighting in the living room would be helpful, and perhaps a few extra towels? The flat is definitely suited for one to two people only… Any more than that would be a bit cramped. Other than that, our state was completely enjoyable.

The apartment is very centrally located and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being on the main street, it faces the back and is quiet. The hosts were responsive, replied quickly, and dealt with any issues promptly. Overall, a pleasant stay.
the apartment did not match the very high ratings, especially regarding cleanliness. The oven and microwave were very dirty on arrival, and the oven trays were covered with aluminium foil, which gave a poor impression. Although this was cleaned promptly after we reported it, we also found dirt, food remains, and even a vape under the bed, which was still there afterwards.
The bed sheets and pillowcases initially had yellow stains, but after we contacted the management, they replaced them with clean ones straight away. The apartment shows clear signs of heavy use and would benefit from some refurbishment. There were marks on the walls that looked like drink splashes, stains on the sofa, and some chipped cupboard doors in the kitchen. The photos do not fully reflect the current condition — for example, the sofa is not the same as in the pictures and there is no rug in the living room.
Some basic amenities were also lacking for a week-long stay: only two toilet rolls were provided for two guests, there was no laundry detergent, and although toiletries were listed, only hand soap was available — no shower gel or shampoo. While the management responded quickly and tried to resolve issues, the overall condition did not reflect the current review score. This may have been due to the high demand during the Chester horse racing period, but our experience did not fully match the ratings shown.
