Great location, nice and quiet even though on the high street

Great location for shopping, eating out and visiting the Xmas Markets. Quiet location but still on the main street with plenty of bars, cafes and eating places in the area.

A bit cool when we arrived but the rooms soon warmed up with the heaters.

Very convenient right in the centre!

Very convenient place! A lot smaller than expected for 4 adults & the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Shower door was also broken upon arrival!

Fantastic stay with a great location!

Location was great! Parking was only a couple of minutes away and was £6 for 24hrs…so very cheap. Apartment was lovely and so quiet considering the central location. Will definitely be returning!

Easy access with key code, met James has we arrived, not planned but he was polite, explained about a blind that wouldn't work properly, excellent location, beautiful apartment

Not being able to close the blind when using the sofa bed, but we did put something across the bottom so nobody could see in.

Great, clean accommodation with a super central location!

Very good central location, ideal for exploring Chester. On arrival we were concerned that the noise from the street might be a bit much but one you are in the apartment there is no noise whatsoever. The apartment is compact but absolutely perfect for a short break.

most disappointing stay I’ve ever had absolutely spoilt my stay

all that was good about this apartment was location

everything was filthy we had to bang nails into the floor as they was sticking out very dangerous couldn’t open blinds without standing on the chair as pulls where broke couldn’t run hot water in kitchen as it just trickled out couldn’t leave anything of value in as the door only needed a pen or screwdriver to open from the outside had to go and buy pillows and quilt as I’ve never seen anything so disgusting in my life blood stains sweat stains vile slobber marks I would not recommend this apartment at all our whole stay was ruined even tried to book somewhere else but nothing was available. so disappointing if more pictures are needed I have them

brilliant but wouldn’t stay again.

loved how well the kitchen was kitted out. could cook anything in there. loved the entire apartment in its self. the location was brilliant.

the tv in the living room was plugged into a socket that has no power to it so my husband had to take the tv off the wall to plug it into a different socket because of the way the wire was hung over bracket. the tv remote in the bedroom had dead battery’s in it so we have to buy batteries to replace them. the bathroom light didn’t work which isn’t an problem just an inconvenience. luckily we didn’t need to shower at night time.

Really enjoyable stay!

Beautiful location in the centre of Chester, close to shops, cathedral and river. Very quiet and peaceful. Easily to access by public transport. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great communication by host.

Table was only for two - it would have been nice to have a table for all the family to sit and eat together.

A very relaxing birthday weekend

Had trouble with the guest link app but rang James and he was extremely helpful and it eased the transition.

Access to Linenehall car park is not easy from the road and after a little bit of an issue we managed to gain access. Perfect car park for the property and is definitely the one to use.

The apartment was well organized and equipped except for the a few things mentioned below. The location on Watergate was excellent, in the centre of the night action for instance, and yet extremely quiet, well lit and private.Kitchen well supplied. Bed linens excellent. Comfortable sofa.

There was a tendency to use space for unnecessary decorative items on surfaces and walls. And yet there were no towel racks , coat racks or hooks. The bed was a double pushed against the wall so one of us had a hard time getting in and out of bed and the space was limited. One major flaw was not having hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. There were no drawers or shelves for clothes. Just a small shelf as a dining area. No mixing/salad bowl.
