The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the town centre. There are great amenities close by including 2 grocery, corner shops plus some takeaways if you want to eat at home. Hayley was brilliant to deal with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Also, there are lovely welcome touches like some small cakes, a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge on arrival, plus lots of tea, coffee in the cupboard. I would highly recommend staying here.
The mattress in my room was not as firm as I am used to; this is just personal preference and should not put you off staying there.

The property was immaculate and super clean. It had everything you needed for a stay in Chester. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee, tea and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.
We sat in the sunny courtyard garden after a busy Saturday in Chester which was nice.
There was nowhere to park down the street but we knew this might be the case prior to our visit. We parked in a public car park about 5 minutes walk away which was £13 for the weekend.

The location of the property was great. short walk into town. Once in town plenty of shops restaurant and bars to choose from. Went to theraces as well which was great
If I had to pick something it might be parking. Louise street is free parking although busy but we managed to get a space right outside the front door which was great.

Brilliant position, clean and comfortable
Parking was hit and miss - the hideous lamp next to the TV weirded me out!
