La atención de Luzia, siempre disponible y atenta. La ubicación es muy buena. Es posible ir caminando a varios lugares de interés. El departamento está bien equipado, cama cómoda.
Problemas con la electricidad. No se pueden encender dos artefactos al mismo tiempo porque enseguida se corta la luz. Por suerte, Luzia nos ayudó enseguida para solucionar el problema. Es difícil regular la temperatura de la ducha.

Property was in a great location and very clean
There was a dog parking really loudly constantly day & night. There were no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee or tea

Location was great-on a quiet square between Alfama and Gracia. Easy walking or tram to anywhere in Lisbon. The apartment was well appointed with dishes and basic cookware. The bed was small but comfortable; lots of storage in drawers under the bed. As small as it was, the apartment made very good use of the space.
There is only one window at the end of the space so natural light was minimal. A lot of lighting is provided but it was very bright and either all or nothing. Dimmers or a means to select lights would help.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, muebles nuevos y muy bien equipado. La cocina estaba equipada a la perfección . Lucía la dueña nos atendió muy bien.
La red wifi fallaba bastante. En booking indicaba que podíamos quedarnos 4 personas ya que disponía de un sofá cama. El sofá cama resultó ser una colchoneta que se desplegaba y los que dormían aqui tenían que hacerlo prácticamente en el suelo.
