The location is perfect, in Almalfa centre and near to the most famous balconies in Lisboa. The apartment is also very nice and with all necessary staff.

We asked for a favor - to leave our suitcase (hand luggage size) somewhere, 'cause check-in's after 4pm. The answer was - "we have no place". As check-out's at 11am, it means our room was free at that time, though I understand they had to clean it up (which they didn't do very well btw)...
It was the first time I got that kind of an answer, usually staff helps with this. It was very uncomfortable and ruined our first day, 'cause walking with a suitcase in Lisbon is a dubious pleasure.
During the day we had no news, no codes, no info, no nothing from them. It was also impossible to contact them by booking app, they used only whatsapp (it ment sharing my private number wich was strange). At about 4pm we arrived at the place and I started messaging them to get THE CODE TO GET IN... we had to wait for a half an hour on the street, tired and pretty pissed by the time.
It wasn't clean inside, hairdryer with no hot air, terribly small bathroom.
