Carlota was a brilliant host very welcoming. I love the location of the apartment in the heart of Alfama close to everything. Amazing view of the trams going by from the balcony. Excellent apartment would highly recommend and will certainly stay there again!

Location was great. Right in the heart of Alfama and close to restaurants, cafes, the local tram 28 and great viewpoints. Carlotta was lovely and it was nice to be met and given a tour of the apartment.
It would have been nice to have a holder for the shower head as it was broken. Also, although it still worked, it would have been nice to have a toilet flush that wasn’t cracked as this made it a bit more delicate to push down.
