Almamater Lisbon Apartments

The apartment itself was fairly clean, although we did unfortunately find a couple small roaches around. It is an older building, and we did have the windows open so it was not a big deal for us, but worth mentioning for sure. The bed and couch were pretty comfortable and all utilities are great! Bathroom, shower, washing machine, sink, stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, along with some coffee, tea, and sugar! The location. is nice and the tram passes right infront of it. There are many little cafes and shops around, with lots of restaurants and landmarks only 5-10 minute walks away. To add on, the owner of the apartment is super kind, communicative, and informative! He gave us all the information we needed over text before our arrival, and gave us so many more suggestions once we arrived. He was also kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage earlier than the check in time, which was very helpful and appreciated. Overall, our experience was great! We were so thankful to have this place for our stay.

The apartment was bright with lots of daylight, and clean. Antonio met us at the door and gave us lots of tips about restaurants and things to see. The bed was comfy! The location is excellent! Walking distance to many sights! Tram 28 is right outside the door. So much fun!

Very nice host and owner. We had a lovely time there. Thank you for being so hospitable.

We enjoyed staying at Francisco' place. The apartment was bright and comfortable. The property manager Antonio was very helpful not only on our check in but also on the day of checkout. We accidently left one backpack in the apartment and Antonio came to the rescue to open the door for us retrieving it. It happened on Sunday in the early morning. We really appreciated his help. Both Francisco and Antonio cared about their customers. We will stay with them again when we visit Lisbon.
