This property is conveniently located in heart of the Alfeira district and was clean. It is however a little dark and bedrooms are on a lower floor

Riu was very helpful in meeting us at his place & explaining everything to us. It was a perfect location.

The apartment was spacious and the location was wonderful. Rui is a very good host. He does the cleaning himself to make sure everything is done correctly. He suggested itineraries and helped orient us during our first stay in Lisbon. He ordered us a taxi at checkout and even helped carry the luggage. His English is excellent, too.

The communication was terrible - when we arrived we had a lock box to get the key - but was not told that the lock box was down the steps and on a iron railing about 20 feet from the actual apartment. Contacted them 3 times for the WiFi as the password on the router was no longer working - we found the correct password in a box that had area maps and things to do on a small piece of paper. Very strong smell of sewer gas from both bathrooms. Would not recommend this place.
