Location, separate beds for the kids, secret hideout for the kids where the slept (only suitable for kids, I'd say), and quick speed of maintenance group to fix an issue in the apartment.
No air conditioning so you have to choose... Heat or open the windows to a noisy street at night. Generally people went home around 12 or 1 so not too bad,

Clean , Quite, Clean
The location, our uber wasn’t allowed to pass thru the gate even with explanation given that we are seniors and difficult to pull luggage through the cobblestone road.

It was in a nice location. Easy to check in and access. Nice that a laundry lad was provided.
The room was freezing. Understanding it was not designed for cold weather, the small heater was not very effective. The pillows were so hard - had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Stairs were very steep and narrow.
