Just a few steps from the river is our charming two-bedroom apartment! Enjoy your stay in a central location, just 5 minutes from the Santa Apolónia metro and train station, a 5-minute walk from the historic Alfama district, a 5-minute walk to the famous Feira da Ladra flea market, and many more attractions in Lisbon!
Our apartment features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and air conditioning to make your stay even more comfortable. Right on your doorstep, you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés. You’ll be staying in a very central part of the city! We’re sure you’ll love your stay here—being close to everything and having the river right next door, perfect for evening strolls as the sun sets, or for a good run or bike ride.

Our apartment is located on the third floor, accessible via typical Lisbon staircases (steep). It’s important to keep this in mind, so please be aware when booking this place that you’ll have to climb the stairs to reach your apartment.
The apartment has a living room with a TV and a dining table, and you can even see the river from there. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, teapot, toaster, two stovetops, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160×200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90×200 cm). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a washing machine available for your use.
The apartment has air conditioning and an alarm system installed.

Your apartment is located in Santa Apolónia, right between the popular neighborhoods of Alfama and Graça. You’ll be staying in a very central location, with easy access to the metro, buses, trains, and much more.
In the area, you’ll find many shops, traditional Portuguese restaurants, charming bars, and much more. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, the popular Feira da Ladra flea market takes place—a must-see during your stay here. There are many historic sites near the property, and you can also walk to the cobblestone streets of Alfama in just a few minutes.
There’s a supermarket nearby (Pingo Doce at the Santa Apolónia train station), and there are small convenience stores in the area as well.
There are several parking areas around the property, but please note that the street where this apartment is located is not accessible by car. Only police and emergency vehicles are authorized to enter this street.
The Santa Apolónia train and metro station is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Here you can take the blue metro line and trains to many destinations in Portugal. In addition, many buses depart from this station, taking you to various parts of the city.

" LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN: For arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM), a late check-in fee of 25 euros will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at check-in.

All three of us that stayed there felt to the place was not clean in any respect. The layout was nice. The bathroom sink was clogged. The bathroom shower had mold. We really like the location except that you should tell people that you can’t drive and drop off your bags if you don’t have a pass to get through that barrier at the end of the street. Had a nice little view of the water luckily and overall our first time in Portugal not anything to compare it to. The kitchen has everything he needed we didn’t cook . So many restaurants in the area.one more thing the stairs are brutal. It’s three long flights to our flat and get in the bags up and down traveling up and down was tricky.
