Apartment was adequate for our needing a place within walking distance to train station for one night. It is a steep walk up hill to the location. After dropping bags, it’s very easy to explore and walk the historic locations in Lisbon. Fado music cafes/bars are abundant! Local culture too.. Apartment has steep stairs and seems newly renovated. All necessary needs included (full kitchen, coffee, TV, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, newer furniture) There is a bar below so if you’re sleeping with windows open (fans provided, no AC), you may wish to bring ear plugs.

The location is fantastic, with bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away, and the main part of the city about 15 minutes. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and adequately equipped but lacks storage for a longer stay. It is not for anyone with ANY mobility issues. Apart from a couple of communication hiccups, and a road closure near the property, getting there was OK, but beware rip off airport taxi drivers. Overall, a great stay
