Sylvia deserves 10/10 stars for her communication, friendliness, transparency and being a wonderful person. She met us at check in personally and made sure we were comfortable in the apartment. She even helped us find a nearby pharmacy when we had a medical need. Pros: loved having washing machine, moka pot/coffee, fridge, hot shower, cute neighborhood, one block from tram 28, one block from great breakfast place. sleeping area is separate from living room area so thats nice if theres multiple people. Cons: stain on mattress but maybe they will remedy this by getting a new mattress. It was explained to me that the stains were from cleaning products. Made me nervous but in comparison to another place we stayed in Lisbon for cheaper- this one was better. Be mindful of how hot shower gets- the metal gets hot and burned my skin- would not be an issue if shower space was bigger. If you're petite or average body size the shower will still be tight. If you need more room in shower to be comfortable then find a different place with larger shower. I would stay here again if they get new bedding.

A very nice, comfortable apartment. Clean & well appointed. Airy & lots of natural light. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep & the shower is small but certainly workable. The location is awesome, lots of restaurants & two very nice coffee shops steps away! I had a wonderful stay and I would gladly come back if ever in Lisbon down the road… Communication & check-in were spectacular as Silvia met me in person & was a resource of information & travel ideas! She is one of one!
