Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum,starej dzielnicy Alfama, ale na płaskim, więc łatwo dojść do niedaleko położonego metra . Blisko rzeki, promu. Lokal dość dobrze wyposażony również w zmywarkę, pralkę i żelazko.
Lokalizacja na ostatnim 5 piętrze bez windy. Trzeba mieć kondycję żeby wejść.

L'emplacement est central en face du Tage.
Le cinquième étage sans ascenseur. Les escaliers du dernier étage sont dangereux. Il était impossible de monter les valises. Il faut le signaler clairement aux clients. Il ne faut pas accepter les personnes âgées.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man ist sofort in Alfama in den engen Gassen. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es sind auch sich zwei Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut.
Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber. Es waren noch viele fremde Haare im Bad. Handbrausen Aufhängung war defekt. Im Bad hat er immer sehr stark nach Kanal gerochen. Das war sehr unangenehm.
