Légère odeur intermittente d'égout sur le balcon et salle de bain. Les marches pour accéder au logement. ( C'était clairement précisé.... C'est l' age !!! )

Lage in der Altstadt von Alfama unweit der Santa Apolónia Station mit Supermarkt. Charmante Altbauwohnung. Gute Aussicht.
Fehlende Information, dass sich die Wohnung im vierten Stock befindet ohne Aufzug. Sanierungsbedürftig: Klo war undicht und zwischen Kloschüssel und Boden trat Wasser aus. Das verbreitete einen unangenehmen Geruch in der Wohnung.
