The view of the balcony was BEAUTIFUL!!! the apartment was super clean. The rooms and bed were clean. There were extra pillows and sheets in the cupboard. There were cleaning supplies n the kitchen available. The toilet and bath are separate. Good location Nice!

The house was on the highest floor. There where a lot of stairs. No lift The keys should be near the house. Because we had to pick them up from a different adres. If the locker was outside the apparatment it would have been better. The sofa bed didn't open so only 1 person could sleep.

Un effort à faire sur la propreté!!!!

La communication avec l’agence en charge de la gestion de ce bien.

La propreté qui laisse vraiment à désirer. Un des matelas était souillé d’urine et ne possédait pas d’alese. Le canapé est cassé et ne peut pas servir à dormir. Par ailleurs 4 couchages étaient préparés sur les 5 prévus ! Il faut également revoir la lessive des serviettes de toilettes qui ne sentent l’humidité (linge mal séché).

A améliorer...

L'emplacement : très proche de l'Aventure Michelin et du Stade Michelin, pas très loin du centre, la luminosité, l'équipement (sauf literie) Les draps, serviettes, meubles, cafetière, tv, wifi ...très bien. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo est appréciable à l'arrivée. Bonne isolation phonique fenêtres fermées et ventilateurs dans chaque pièce.

Boite à clés un peu loin de l'appartement, plein centre, assez mal indiquée, mais on a fini par trouvé le responsable qui nous l'a montrée. L'appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur (non indiqué dans l'annonce) Attention, le "parking" est en fait un box étroit (non précisé non plus), non accessible à un gros véhicule (notre VW Touran rentrait difficilement). Et le pire est vraiment la literie: le canapé-lit ne peut pas être mis en position lit car il est cassé, donc notre ado de 15 ans, heureusement pas très grand, a dormi sur le canapé resté en position normale... les matelas des lits sont vraiment durs dans les chambres. A louer pour 4 pers max.! Autres détails: Très bruyant la nuit les fenêtres ouvertes car proche d'une grande avenue et d'un grand hôpital (mais fermées, c'est bien isolé). Le gel douche annoncé était quasi vide et incitait peu à l'utilisation (rance et avec des insectes à l'intérieur).
