The apartment is located in a residential building, on the 3rd floor (no elevators!), on the hillside of Clermont Ferrand. One side of the apartment (with a balcony) offers a great view of the city, but the other side faces a noisy road. There are two gas stations in front of the building, one of them has a Carrefour express, too, which was open into the night, too. Beds were comfortable, wifi was good, kitchen is well-equipped.

The apartment is only partially renovated (kitchen, bathroom). The floor is covered by an old creaky wooden parquet (seemed really noisy at night, together with the doors). There are some old furniture, too, which you should get rid of. They are not useful, you cannot even open them. Parking could be very difficult. There are just a few parking slots near the building, usually already occupied by residents.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement en ville mais au calme, avec un garage fermé assez spacieux et une belle vue depuis le balcon. L’espace dans l’appartement est bien distribué. Le chauffage est efficace.

Nous avons moins apprécié les toiles d’araignées au plafond dans le salon et la salle de bains, alors que le reste est propre. Cela fait mauvaise impression et c’est dommage.

3ème sans ascenseur. Pas de parking. Une caution demandée depuis un site en ligne qui fait pensé à une arnaque Du coup obligé de se rendre en plein centre de Clermont un samedi après midi avant 17h pour avoir l accès le jour même Une serrure qui est loin d être intuitive
