Le logement est spacieux, très lumineux. La gestion a été confiée à une conciergerie à laquelle nous avons du faire appel. Nos interlocuteurs ont été très sympathiques et réactifs. L'accès en autonomie (porte avec code) est appréciable. Le quartier est un peu vieillot, mais calme.
Le ménage a été bâclé (miettes dans la chambre et sur les lits, douche et miroir sales, résidus dans l'évier de la cuisine, une seule éponge dégoutante ...). Les canalisations du WC sont fissurées, et une odeur nauséabonde stagne dans les toilettes. L'équipement dans la cuisine est un peu limite (évier en mauvais état, peu d'assiettes et de tasses...)
