Great location.

A good apartment in a great location for the old town and it's bars and restaurants.. Great transport links.

A few improvements would make this a very comfortsble place to stay. The quality of the bedding, in particular the pillows, could be improved. The pillows are worn and don't offer any support. The same applies to the towels provided. They were small, thin and very rough. Only bath towels provided so a handtowel would have been welcome. Finally, the shower cubicle and around the skirting in the bathroom need a deep clean.

Very clean, warm and comfy, good location, 10 min walk(downhill) to centre..thank you.

NO light in the area where key safe was situated, and additionally no light on the stairs leading to first floor, IMO quite unsafe and awkward at check-in any time of the day. Had expressed concern about smooth solo check-in late at night, advised to consider cancellation(if so bothered)this, at a point when no refund would be possible s fully paid for 60 days in advance, thank you. Suggest curtains or blinds in the kitchen area, for privacy. Drapes through put apt. sheer, so …

parking was an issue for us as we had a trailer and couldn’t fit into the local carpark. so husband had to sleep in the car at a local services.

Would certainly stay there again

Excellent location. Very nice flat. Facilities great.

It was during a heatwave so windows open at night. This made it quite noisy - the dustbin van came around at 6am every morning. But overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. Short walk to the cathedral etc and also easy walk to the station.

Great apartment in city location would go again. Brillant service from the host with welcome chocolates on arrival very nice touch. Also short distance from Irish bar The Still which was excellent for any Irish travellers.

Best place in C-F

The location is perfect, walking distance from the cathedral and from Parque Lecoq. Overnight parking garage 200m away (€15 for 24hrs). Communication with Yann was excellent, and instructions easy to follow. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to or through Clermont-Ferrand!

En ouvrant la fenêtre tout j’ai vu que je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre entièrement côté bureau la tringle était basse ouvert un côté après l’autre pour fermer les volets et dans la salle de bain la prise de courant à côté du miroir ne fonctionnait pas pas pu me sécher les cheveux dans la salle de bain

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Clermont-Ferrand. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre et des transports, ce qui rend le quotidien vraiment pratique. Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible, respectueux et réactif. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage ici et recommandons vivement cet appartement à toute personne cherchant confort et tranquillité.

Super appartement bien situé

Super appartement. Jolie déco. Très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied. Confortable et spacieux. On a utilisé les 3 couchages. Ma fille a très bien dormi dans le lit. Mon fils dans le canapé côté cuisine, un peu moins confortable mais pour 2 ou 3 nuits c'est correct. Et moi dans le canapé clic clac du salon, et j'ai très bien dormi. Et on a eu de la chance car aucun bruit des voisins malgré que nous étions le weekend.

Il faut bien chipoter 🙂. La prise électrique de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Peut-être rajouter une lumière au dessus miroir dans la salle de bain.

Céntrico y razonablemente limpio

No hay cobertura y el wifi es muy lento. Los vecinos se quejaron del ruido (que no era de nuestro apartamento) a las 21:30. El susto de mis hijos cuando llamaron a la puerta fue grande. Sobretodo porque el portal da bastante impresión de lo mal cuidado y angosto que está.

Emplacement de l'appartement idéal, proche du jardin Lecoq et du centre ville. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux, le lit de la chambre est confortable. Nous avions du café à notre disposition, des gels douche et shampoing.

Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes et nous n'avions pas assez de draps. Un des canapés n'est pas très confortable.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Très facile d’accès et plein de place de stationnement malgré les travaux. Cuisine bien équipée. Emplacement à deux pas de la place de Jaude.

L’entrée de l’immeuble sentait très mauvais. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas, l’hôte nous a communiqué un autre. TV ne marche pas.
