Fabulous, quirky attic room.

We loved our attic room. Clean, quirky, different. We were sad that we were only staying for one night. Our host Lilly was friendly, attentive and explained everything about our room. There were extra special touches around which made our stay even better.

The friendliness of the host. The price was cheap. Good contact trough the app, although the host didn't speak English.

Room is to small, you have to make your own bed. The shower was bad (the sink wasn't working properly), no airco (there was an alternative unit, making to much noise).

Cute, clean and a quiet location, but very low head height

The apartment was obviously recently renovated, and everything was clean and tidy. I didn't need to cook, but there seemed to be plenty of utensils and so on, and a kettle for tea (essential for Brits!) The bed was very comfortable, and the area was quiet. Off-road parking was available, but I parked on the street. I didn't meet the owner but she very helpfully guided me to finding the key and getting into the apartment.

The reason I booked an apartment rather than a studio flat was that I wanted a bit of extra space. Unfortunately I hadn't looked closely enough at the photos - it's a loft conversion, and the amount of floor space where I could stand upright (I'm 5 foot 9, or 174 cm) was limited to a central strip beneath the roof ridge, and even that was interrupted by a couple of very low beams/lintels. Definitely not recommended for anyone taller than me, or for anyone with claustrophobic tendencies, as the windows are either Velux or very small. But shorter people and children will love it!

Great location. Convenient for both Clermont and Mont Ferrond old towns. Across the road from Clermont rugby stadium (and bar). Parking space adjacent to apartment. Apartment well designed and equipped. (ideas for loft conversion worth copying). Host really helpful and informative. Will book again if returning to the town.

Great apartments, really helpful host in very convenient location for stopover travelling south

Great location, 5 min tram into city centre which was beautiful around cathedral area. The host was so friendly and helpful. Great clean, cool room with everything we needed for stopover. We were family of 4 so in 2 apartment with doors just next door to each other. Parking and place to lock bikes. Great coffee machine and sweets rir the kids

Lily, the host, is very kind and friendly and offers a personalized welcome. The place is modern, charming, recently redone and clean. Coffee & madeilenes are provided. Public transportation is nearby.

As the apartment is in the attic headspace is at times limited and there are wooden beams across the living making it a bit cumbersome to move around.

Le confort du lit est vraiment mauvais C'est un lit cigogne avec des matelas tout fin comme une crepe Les photos sur Booking était mensongère étant donner que sur une même annonce il y a les photos des autres appartements mis a disposition Aussi sur booking il est précisé qu'il y a une belle vue Hors la seule fenêtre a une vue horrible sur rue avec câble électrique ect Car les toilettes et salle de bain sont dans un placard collé au lit tout petit et sans aucune intimité !! Vraiment trop dommage !!! Le Mr a été très gentil au téléphone mais vraiment un vrai lit ça n'a pas de prix

Hôte très réactif et à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans un garage ou dans l'allée des garages si elle est trop grande. Chaque logement est équipé avec goût. Je recommande.

Una buona posizione comoda al centro e con massima libertà di movimento.

Camera silenziosa e completa di tutti i confort, piccolo angolo cottura con tutto il necessario, check in in anticipo accettato, garage al coperto e chiuso per la moto, comodo al centro in zona tranquilla e sicura. Pulito e proprietaria molto simpatica, ma non invadente.

Mi spiace non aver fatto delle foto della struttura.

Logement propre , facile d'accès et proche du centre. Nous avions réservé deux studio. Il s'agit de la même maison. Donc top Le tram passe tout prêt donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Garage sur place. Très pratique. Quartier calme excepté les hélicoptères qui arrivent à l'hôpital

Très bien pour un court séjour.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans ce logement. Il est bien situé et au calme. Si nous sommes revenus c'est que nous étions satisfait la fois précédente. La propriétaire est très sympathique . Les clefs nous ont été remise dès notre arrivée et avant l'heure prévue car la chambre était déjà libre. Propreté impeccable.

Je ne réserverai pas deux fois ce logement.

Dans le descriptif, il est indiqué une superficie de 50 m2, alors que l’appartement étant mansardé, plus de 50% de cette superficie n’est pas utilisable. Par ailleurs, il n’y a pas de WIFI, ce qui est indispensable, surtout lorsque l’on se déplace pour des raisons professionnelles. Le WIFI n’est pas indiqué dans le descriptif, mais c’est tellement rare, que je n’ai pas fait attention.

Établissement toujours aussi agréable et même si le studio était un peu plus petit que les autres appartements de la résidence, j'ai fortement apprécié la climatisation comte tenu des 41° dehors.

Accueil de Lyli parfait, Emplacement proche du stade Michelin et du tram au top! Très atypique et mignon comme appart , propre et parfaitement équipé.

Pour pinailler un tout petit peu mais cela n’est vraiment pas grave… matelas un peu dur et douche assez petite pour quelqu’un de 1’86 😊
