A comfortable overnight

Jessikat was very hospitable. I arrived earlier than the time we agreed. She made the effort to quicken the cleaning so that I could check in earlier. The place was clean. N just across the road from la gare sncf which suited me. The apartment was brightly lighted.

The elevator went only half way. There are a few stairs to the elevator access, a flight of stairs to the apartment from the elevator, n 2 steps within the apartment.

Location opposite the train station.

I had advised the host already a few weeks before arrival that we would not have any French SIM-card to call him on arrival and communicated our exact time of arrival. He insisted I should call him on arrival - could have send someone to open or instructions for arrival. Fortunately another family came at the same time and we could borrow their phone to call the host.

Logement très agréable, bien agencé et bien équipé, bonne localisation, face à la gare et à 10 minutes du centre-ville. Propriétaires accessible et agréables, je recommande !

Les travaux d’embellissement du quartier juste en bas de l’immeuble amènent inévitablement pas mal de nuisances sonores, mais cela est temporaire et pour un mieux donc dans l’ensemble, pas de point négatif.

Parfait pour une escale à Clermont avant de prendre le train!

L’appartement est cosy, bien décoré et très clair. Il est propre et la literie est bonne. Idéalement situé en face de la gare. Le balcon au soleil est un vrai plus.

Il serait bien d’indiquer aux voyageurs le type de machine de café.

Excellent séjour, appartement et hôte de qualité

L'accueil était charmant et les indications très claires. Je salue la disponibilité du propriétaire, très à l'écoute. L'appartement était très propre et lumineux, la décoration soignée, une belle vue dégagée et la situation géographique proche de la gare sans eles inconvénients de bruits. Il faisait bon dans le llogement et je m'y suis sentie confortablement installée.
