La propreté, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire et la literie confortable, la place de parking sécurisée.
La climatisation ne peut pas être gérée en autonomie, seul le propriétaire peut modifier la temperature à distance, pas très pratique. Le manque de produits de base dans la cuisine comme le sel par exemple.

Tenía una buena plaza de aparcamiento, en la cocina había básicos como té y café.
El estado de las sábanas era muy deficiente. Las toallas estaban desteñidas y pequeñas. Algunos utensilios de cocina, como el horno y las cucharas estaban sucios.
