Très pratique boîte à clefs. Tout confort, dosettes de café, thés, sympa quand on voyage léger. La clim indispensable. Double vitrage donc aucun bruit de la rue. Du sopalin à disposition, trop souvent oublié dans les cuisines. Torchons et serviettes aussi à disposition, éponge propre.
Le bâtiment étant assez âgé, l'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus n'est pas totale, mais pas trop perturbant. Pas de fête à signaler.

L'appartement est bien situé, propre et correctement aménagé pour deux. La climatisation fonctionne bien.
L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble dédié aux locations de vacances et présente une décoration assez impersonnelle. Il sent très fort le tabac car il est situé au-dessus d'une épicerie de nuit : il n'y a pas de bruit mais l'odeur peut être gênante pour ceux qui y sont sensibles.

L'endormi - Hypercentre is a studio renovated apartment with a minimalist design located near the historic center of Clermont-Ferrand. The studio was perfect for me with all of the amenities that I require as a solo traveler: good Wi-Fi, washing machine, workspace, comfortable bed and A/C. The apartment had also been professionally cleaned, which stood in contrast to many places I rented while in Europe for two months. I enjoyed my stay at L'endormi and highly recommend it for a short stay in Clermont-Ferrand.
