Roads under repair

Bed and sofa very comfortable

There was no prior warning that most of roads in the town were totally dug up, and the road to this property was completely inaccessible. Overnight street parking nearby cost me 30 Euros, and although only a short distance away made it very difficult to unload the car especially with my limited mobility and a dog! I think we should have been given a "heads up" before arrival

Fab cute apartment well located!

Very cute apartment and quiet. Very well equipped so we were able to cook. Living room was nice and access to Internet very good with helpful instructions. Appreciated the free coffee and tea (a nice touch). Entry super easy and we'll communicated. WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!!

There was a bad smell coming up through the shower drain. We told the owner and they said they would look into it.

Lovely flat with a lot of character in the center of Clermont Ferrand

I received the text in due time before I arrived to the property and everything was easy to do!

The Velux and one chair were broken but that is it

Spacious living room and comfortable double sofa bed but without bed sheets

The easy check in with the key box. The apartment is well equipped and living room spacious. We could easily park in the surroundings although paying with coins.

There were no bed sheets in the sofa bed nor in the baby cot. Also only 2 towels, not enough towels for all people and no hand towels. It is priceless leaving in the apartment extra bed sheets and extra towels. The door of the bedroom could not be closed, it interacted with the bed. Smelly bathroom. No elevator.

Worse than it looks

Spacious. Cool staircase. Cheap.

No door in the bathroom, not even a curtain. Mouldy shower cabin. Rented for three, but only two people can eat at the table. Knife so dull it made little difference which side I used to cut. The sliding door to the bedroom did not close. Smelly straw mats everywhere. The apartment needs a refurbishment. The pictures are not dishonest, but they are not really representative. The current score does not reflect the quality of this apartament (the other two in the same property might be better).

It was quite dirty and the washing machine was full of mold and dust on the outside We had to re-wash the whole dishes and clean the washing machine and the fridge ourselves on arrival We were not able to make the air sucker work in the kitchen (it was either broken or needed special instructions), causing the whole apartment to smell when cooking

Great value for money

Excellent location; just 15 minutes' walk into town centre. Big, well laid-out and good balcony. We paid 132€ for three nights in July which is great for a property this size. We parked in the street in front of the apartment. It was about 8€ for a full day which is pretty reasonable.

Niets. Het was een bedompte zeer warme kamer. Uitzicht op een bouwput en flatgebouw.

Op de foto’s was een balkon te zien op Booking.com Deze was er niet bij aankomst. Gebeld met de eigenaar. Bleek dat ze 3 appartementen hadden daar waarvan 1 met balkon. Deze was verhuurd. Daarmee verwachtingen gecreëerd die niet gerealiseerd werden. De eigenaar nam geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid en verwees terug naar Booking.com omdat zij verantwoordelijk zouden zijn voor de tekst en foto’s. Geld niet terug, zoek het maar uit verder. Mijn terechte geïrriteerde gedrag werd afgedaan als ongepast. Ik raad iedereen af deze boeking te doen.

Propriétaire réactif par messagerie. Logement proche du centre ville. Parking dans la rue accessible facilement, mais payant.

Odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Lit qui grince fortement, ce qui provoque des nuits pas agréables. Isolation phonique très faible (rue et pallier inférieur). Vaisselle pas vraiment propre.

Tolle Lage. Alles im Appartement, was man braucht. Schallisolierte Fenster. Kommunikation prima. Konnten unser Auto mit 2 Fahrrädern hinten drauf für knapp 9 Euro im Parkhaus Vercingetorix abstellen (9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt).

Schmales Bett. Matratze zu weich. Zu zweit rollt man stets in die Kuhle in der Mitte. Kein erholsamer Schlaf.
