L emplacement, la propriété de l appartement, l accès libre de l appartement.
Le grincement du lit de la chambre, un seul ventilateur pour tout l appartement. Au vu des températures très élevées pendant le mois d août et du prix de l appartement (on était le 15/08) on aurait apprécié un ventilateur supplémentaire. 1 par chambre c aurait été bien.

L'emplacement, le calme pour un appartement en centre-ville. Lit assez confortable.
- L'état général de l'appartement (les photos sont à regarder de près), qui semble avoir bénéficié d'une rénovation type "home-staging" mais de basse qualité. - Odeur d'égout dans l'appartement (inhérent à l'immeuble, difficile de résoudre le problème). - Le manque de contact physique (clés récupérées via une boite à clés comme cela se fait bcp par ailleurs).
